So, here we are in March and I am being very hard on myself because I haven't been writing much. It has been a rough winter. I started working at an Elementary school in the cafeteria as a monitor, and I have been sick since Thanksgiving. The problem I am having is that my writing to me comes from my heart and is very emotional and it is hard to get in touch with my romantic side when I am coughing up a lung or sniffling and blowing my nose. I am determined to get better one of these days and get back on the horse. I am far from discouraged, just frustrated. I have been spending a good amount of time reading and I consider that research for my future projects. I finished J.R. Ward's Bourbon King series which I cannot say enough good things about. That woman knows how to create characters that draw you in and make you feel as if you are going to run into these people on the street. I would totally fangirl even though I know they are fictional. I guess the moral of all of this is that I am currently working on my next novel and have a few others started that I absolutely cannot wait to share with everyone. Thanks for your patience and I promise it won't be too long of a wait. Love to everyone.

Here we are in 2018. Yay, we all survived 2017.
well, it is cold, cold, cold out today here in PA, so I have some extra time since I am not leaving this house unless it is on fire. I am working on some new exciting books. I have a romance that I started during Nano and just needs to be finished and edited. Then I have a new romance based on a Christmas present that I got from my Aunt. I am entering the new year renewed. This is the first new years that I can say that I am a published author and that makes me very very happy. My main goal this year is to write and publish my first para-romance novel. It is going to be a series and I am very excited and nervous about taking on something so vast. It requires creating a whole new underworld. Basically it is going to be set in our current world, but there is going to be a total unseen para world that co-exists. I am looking forward to a great and productive year and can't wait to share it with everyone. Let me know what you are reading and of course if you are stranded in the arctic blast. Welcome to my blog. This is all very new to me but I can't tell you how exciting it is to search for my name on Goodreads and see my book show up. Hopefully if you are reading this you have read my book, or are going to read my book and I hope that you enjoy it. I had been toying with the idea of writing a book probably since I was a teenager. I suppose like most people I just thought that it was either too hard or that no one would ever read it. Then I got older and started thinking that I really needed to do this because if I didn't at least try I would always wonder if I could have done it. I also started caring less about the fact that some people might not like it and more about the fact that some people might really like it. So here I am one book down and more to go. I am currently participating in NaNoWriMo, so who knows there may be another book coming real soon. Thanks for reading. See you soon.
