Writer of science fiction, fantasy, horror and contemporary fiction from Michigan.
I think a story should be entertaining, but should handle social and class issues in order to be an accurate portrayal of our world. I value honest resolution over shock-value, and happy endings wherever possible, especially for my LGBT characters. None of my books will ever use artificial intelligence, because AI is theft. New Release!

Satan Hides the Hook is out now. It's book 2 in the non-linear Honoré Sloane series. (It does not need to be read in order, but it wouldn't hurt.) I decided to release it on Valentine's Day because it's the probably the closest thing to a capital-R Romance I'll ever write. That being said, it's also low-key horrifying and sad and really really weird. Because that's life! Hope you like it.

Some people say this author is super self obsessed, vapid, etc. I think she's just a tiny bit clueless sometimes in a way that people find unforgivable. She isn't a bad writer and she isn't some vain monster, she's just a woman writing about herself. ...more

Pretty bad. Pretty amazing how far Harlan Coben has come since writing this turd, especially in terms of his writing style.
