Jennifer’s life has been about spiritual soul growth and connecting within and beyond. She is an Intuitive, a Chakra Inner Healing coach, a Reiki master, a Munay-Ki rites initiate, a Tarot reader. She alchemises all these elements into empowering women. It is her connection with her intuition and inner wisdom that guides her in empowering women to ignite their own shifts.

As an Inner Wisdom coach, she journeys with women to enable them to deepen their connection within.

She writes and speaks about the challenges she has had to overcome (and is still overcoming) to step into who she is here to be.

Jennifer knows what it is like to not know her intuition and also how to connect back to it. Jennifer knows what it is like to be in a career that feels out of sync with her soul and then change it. She knows what it is like to have her voice shut down and then reclaim it. Jennifer knows what it’s like to be a woman and a mother at this time with the constant challenges to conform to societal expectations of being a woman.

She is a mum of three children and a fluffy dog. It took resilience, self-love and acceptance to find her life partner. Then, patience and trust to grow her family. The chaos and exhaustion of family life stripped all layers of who she thought she was. Jennifer got to know herself, not the self of ego or what the outside world saw, but her soul self.

She is still on this journey. It will take a lifetime.

She is passionate about enabling women to find their own inner wisdom and to find their path to self-acceptance, love and speaking their truth.
