Nathan J. Reid is a poet and spoken word artist currently living in Madison, Wisconsin. His work has previously appeared in the Fox Cry Review, Penguin Review, Teen Ink Magazine, GREAT: Poems of Resistance & Fortitude poetry anthology, as well as other journals. He is a member of the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets, former competitor for Madison’s 2015 National Poetry Slam Team, and former senior editor for UW-Oshkosh’s literary journal, the Wisconsin Review. Nathan J. Reid I am currently embedded in the (somewhat tedious) process of putting together my next collection of poems—which would also be of chapbook length, like…moreI am currently embedded in the (somewhat tedious) process of putting together my next collection of poems—which would also be of chapbook length, like THOUGHTS ON TONIGHT. This new collection will include more spoken word pieces than what were featured in my first book, so if you're a fan of my performance videos then you will likely recognize a few of the titles. I'll have the manuscript done by the end of 2017, then will send it out to publishers and begin the ever-familiar waiting game once again.(less)
