NEW READING!!!!!!
Hi everybody, great to be back. I haven't been here in quite some time.
Welp, my real name is Lee A. Bell, but I wrote my "Early Earth/Monger" barbarian books under the pen name of Ian Pike Hammer (yeah I know, right?)
For those of you who love the work of the Master of Sword and Sorcery, Rob't E. Howard, I present my own sword-slinging, main character hero "Monger." I would never say my work is as g good as his, but I believe if you like "Conan" stories, you'll love Monger. I write my stories, not with the 25 cent words that Howard uses, I like to keep my stories simple and let it be the star, not the fancy words, if that makes sense to you. (Howard and others, often used words I didn't understand and had to look up to get the meaning, or just skip over. I hate that.) Lol, I use 5 cent words EVERYONE understands!
I have 3 "Early Earth" (the location of all of Monger's adventures while he searches for his kidnapped little sister Binny) /Monger" ebooks and 4 Amazon Kindle Vella shorts. The book titles are: "There Lived Giants" which is the first full-length book, "The Weeper, Book Two of the Early Earth/Monger Series," and Monger: Ice, Wood and Nightmares, Book Three of the Early Earth/Monger Series," which, unlike the first two books contains 3 short stories, rather than 1 long one. The Weeper delves into the darker side of horror as well as action/adventure. The Vella stories available include the titles "The Troll of Darkwoods," "The Uuhlu," "The Summoning," and "Iron Bulls," all of which are Monger stories.
For variety I published a crime/mystery story called "Crime Scene: Moon" that I believe you will enjoy.
Let Ian Pike Hammer give your mind a ride.

Please welcome me!
Greetings and salutations everyone! I'm the new geek on the block and this is my first blog post. I joined last year as a reader, but I wasn't really all that involved. I'd like so much to get to know you all, your likes and dislikes, your writings and what you read and enjoy, so stop by and say hello.
Up front, I'll prolly shamelessly promote my two Action/Adventure, Sword and Sorcery ebooks ("There Lived Giants" and "The Weeper") available on Amazon.com
My pen name is Ian Pike Hammer. Yeah, I know, but it's better than my real name. I would honestly like your opinion on it. One of my friends told me it sounds like a "Dungeons and Dragons" name!
Lol, I guess maybe it does.
Who here likes the "Sword and Sorcery" genre?
I'm not a professional writer, but I'm told that I'm a good listener. I'd bet super glad to offer help with your writing. If I can be of some assistance, let me know please!
Come by, let's talk about anything and everything!
