Peter F Porcelli Jr (1976- ) was born at an early age and quickly became the eldest of four siblings. He spent the next twenty years learning to walk, talk, and sell stuff to adults. After a brief stop for college and keg parties, Peter fell in love with residential real estate sales and an intoxicating relationship ensued: Agent > Broker > Instructor > Author.
