How Caffeine Can Drain Your Life!

More and more people rely on caffeine, including 85% of Americans lack energy and have caffeinated beverages every day to make it through the day.


Caffeine is a chemical found in coffee, tea, cola, guarana, mate, and other products. Caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant. When it reaches your brain, the most noticeable effect is alertness. You’ll feel more awake and less tired, so it is most commonly used as stimulants to improve mental alertness or manage drowsiness. Caffeine is also used for temporarily releasing migraine and other headaches and a common ingredient in medications to treat headaches and migraines. Caffeine can also act like a “water pill” that increases urine flow. But it may not have this effect on people who use caffeine regularly.


The Damaging Effect of Caffeine on the Body

2 decades ago, marijuana use was illegal in any capacity everywhere in the U.S. Now many states have legalized or are considering legalizing the commercial and recreational use of marijuana.


Some people like the decision while many others are concerned or worried about its public use.



The people selling marijuana are very happy because they can make more money.
Most of the people who are addicted to it are happy because the weed is publicly available and they can easily obtain it.
But there are many more people, especially law enforcement officers and the American Chinese population, are not that happy about it. Now the marijuana-smokers who were treated as criminals “shame” the law enforcement officers by smoking right in front of the police. Many Chinese communities boycott and adamantly oppose selling marijuana within their communities.

Is Marijuana Just Like Alcohol and Tobacco?

Some people compare marijuana to tobacco and alcohol. Those who support the use of marijuana have publicized that the effects of marijuana on our bodies are just like that of alcohol and tobacco.


Marijuana causes “withdrawal symptoms.” Once people are addicted to it, it is almost impossible for them to quit on their own. When you want to detach yourself from marijuana, you will experience a psychological and physiological process that is a very painful, struggling, and devastating. No one can overcome it on their own with their own willpower. When you force yourself to quit the dependency of drug addiction, you must be restrained and endure physical pain. It also takes a long time to gradually quit the drug addiction.


Tobacco and alcohol are also addictive and harmful to the body when overdosed, but there are no “withdrawal symptoms.” A person who is addicted to alcohol and tobacco is a completely different scenario when they quit the addiction. There is no other physiologically painful process like the drug addiction when they abstain. Furthermore, when addicted to drugs, they will be in a state of uncontrollable behavior. They may steal and rob in order to obtain drugs, violate social laws, possibly commit murder, and do all irrational kinds of crazy and harmful things.

How Poisonous Is Marijuana?

Some people think that marijuana is all natural and has little, if any, poison, and there is nothing to worry about, especially with very limited use.


The Federal Drug Administration (FDA) has established cannabis as a drug because it has certain medicinal effects. marijuana is used as an analgesic drug to increase the pain threshold and reduce the body’s perception of pain when the pain is unbearable, resulting in a strong analgesic effect. Marijuana also produces a special euphoria and happy, comfortable feeling. The greater the dose, the stronger the feeling, which is the root cause of such drug addiction and abuse.


If it is a drug, it has side-effect and is not for regular intake. Research has shown that regular cannabis consumption was linked to an increased risk of heart problems as well as psychosis and schizophrenia. Long-term use of cannabis or cannabis-based drugs can disturb areas of the brain that control memory, causing significant impairments. Also, marijuana is just an entry-level drug. In order to further pursue the so-called pleasure with smoking, many people will not be satisfied with marijuana and then turn to other and more dangerous drugs, such as heroin, ecstasy, opioid, etc. Using the weed as the new substitute to opioid will not limit the use of opioid but potential worsen the use of it.

Is Marijuana an Herbal Medicine?

Ancient Chinese medicine has long been conclusive about marijuana. Chinese medicine does not use marijuana as a common drug.


Cannabis is “addictive” and is rarely used as medicinal herb. Marijuana excites nerves and can even affect the detoxification of some organs. If is used in lieu of other medications, it must be used under strict supervision. Even if prescription medication is needed for pain relief, don’t choose marijuana because of the poison and danger that the marijuana may cause to the body.


If you consider the health of yourself and the health of your next generations, don’t use drugs. Also, watch out for commercial foods and other products that may contain the ingredients of marijuana, such as the products labeled with THC, tetrahydrocannabinol, the chemical compound in marijuana that is responsible for a euphoric high.


The belief that marijuana is not harmful to the body and can be used for entertainment endangers the society and harming our children. The relaxed policy on using drugs is going to cause more and serious health and social problems and cause more people to die from drug abuse. History repeats itself. I believe that in a few decades, the public policy will change back to drug illegalization once the public witness the somber effects of drugs.


To maintain the stability of our society, to safeguard the health of the public, and to maintain the healthy environment of our next generation, never use marijuana and other related drugs. Don’t be the victim of the businesses who want to make money from you using marijuana and marijuana products. If you try to use marijuana to make money and become rich, think about your social responsibilities to your children and grandchildren.

The Ultimate Key to a Long Life

There are many good reasons why the 132-year-old Chinese lady Alimihan Seyiti (6/25/1886-8/29/2018) lived such a long, happy, and healthy life.

She kept active every day:



Lived on a farm surrounded by pasture land and did farm work throughout her entire life.
Enjoyed singing and dancing. She sang after every meal and danced for over 100 years since her teenage years.
Engaged in house chores every day without complaint.
Enjoyed playing with little kids. Surrounded by kids made her feel young and happy.

She had a regular daily schedule:



Getting up between the hours of 5 am and 6 am and then worshipping her faith.
Having breakfast from 8 am and 8:30 am, lunch between noon and 1 pm, with dinner consisting of soup. She had a simple diet that frequently consisted of noodle soup.
Being in bed around 10 pm.

She resided in a natural environment in southern Xinjiang, China, where the people have a reputation for extended longevity. According to census data, Xinjiang has 22.5% of mainland China’s centenarians with just 1.3% of the population, while over 90% of the centenarians in Xinjiang lived in southern Xinjiang, where has pleasantly warm weather. The local people drink clean natural water from the river and their wells. Living her entire life on natural pastureland, Alimihan enjoyed eating free range meat. She also liked to eat nuts and local fruits.


But the ultimate key to her longevity, according to Alimihan, “I keep good mood every day, even under very undesirable situations.” She gave us two examples:



Her son died at the age of 40. As a mother, she was very saddened. But she overcame the sadness shortly. “my son’s death makes me appreciate life even more. We should smile at both birth and death. Facing many uncertainties in life, we need to keep calm. My son just left a step earlier. We will meet again. So, I shouldn’t feel sorry or sad.”
She had cancer when she was 100 years old. Doctors told her that she could only live up to half a year without chemotherapy treatment and live a year longer with the treatment. She insisted to leave the hospital without having the treatment. As usual, she did her house chores at home, visited and chatted with neighbors, and enjoyed her time together with little kids. Additionally, she cheered herself up and kept happy every single day. A year later, when she had a check-up on her cancer, cancer disappeared.

Her advice to “young” people? “Be happy every day.”

Why Modern “Healthy” Diets will Come to the End

Weight management is more important than ever. Three-quarters of all Americans have weight problems. Much of this epidemic is due to popular diets in the US that guarantee weight loss and permanent solutions. These diets simply do not work but make the problem worse.


Right now, being overweight is the single largest health problem in the US. And we are the most obese nation on earth. At the same time, we have such a large number of diet programs. What are these diets? Vegetarian diet, vegan diet, fruit diet; high protein, high fiber diet, low-carb, low calorie, low fat diet, gluten-free diet; raw food diet, cooked diet; doctors’ diet, caveman’s diet; fast diet, slow diet; south diet, north die, and the list goes on and on.


These weight loss programs are everywhere with so many options to choose from. We have all tried many of them, but our weight keeps returning. Those diet programs push and pull us to every which way and none of them provide permanent or even temporary solutions.


We spend over $60 billion annually to try to lose pounds. This is great for the people selling weight loss products. But, “Is the money making us slimmer and healthier?” The answer is no.



Those diet programs aggravate weight problems . Many of us may think that if we eat right and keep active, we will be in a decent shape. But it’s not that simple. Cutting calorie intake and exercising more to burn extra calories may help us lose weight in the short term but have the opposite effect in the long run. That’s why we are constantly struggling with our weight problems and typically gain more weight after finishing a weight loss program. Despite many of us showing our beautiful figures off on Facebook after dieting, few of us will keep our figures. Despite these diet programs claiming that they can help us lose weight and lose weight fast, none of them work in the long term.
These programs can cause long-term health problems . That’s one of the reasons why more and more of us have chronic illnesses in addition to weight problems. These programs often have a yo-yo effect of going from being overweight to being underweight and damage an already weakened body. That’s right, those diets and weight loss programs are capable of harming our body!

These weight loss programs do not help us and may cause us to gain more weight with health problems in the future. The weight loss industry is booming but we are still struggling and now have a higher risk of obesity, poor health, and diseases in the future. We want a program that works for us and works for us permanently. None of these diets do that.

How Men Crack and Shorten Their Life?

You have overeaten, overworked, stressed out, oversexed, or plugged the body with stimulants: caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, drugs…

Can You Cure Your Illness Even When Doctors Simply Can’t ?

I often hear people say:


“If doctors cannot even cure the disease, I cannot do anything about it.”

“If I could do it myself, what are the doctors for?!”

“The World Health Organization believes the disease is incurable. We can do nothing but seeking emotional support to live with the disease.”


Contemplate about the waste accumulated in a house. Household trash is the breeding ground for germs and attracts flies, rodents, ants. You could hire a professional exterminator to get rid of all those pests. But if you don’t tend to the trash, it will always be an on-going problem. You could think of curing disease as exterminating pests:



Your body waste is equivalent to the household trash.
Your diseases are equivalent to the germs and pests.
Doctors are equivalent to the pest professionals.

Doctors exam your body, prescribe medication, and possibly perform surgery on your body. They also tell you that your disease has the potential to come back. That means the disease is only temporarily treated. It will potentially come back if the waste in your body is not cleaned up. Only after you clean the waste and leave no environment for the disease to survive, you can prevent the disease from regenerating.


The doctors can treat disease, but doctors have no control over what you put into your body (physical and emotional toxins) every day.


Therefore, doctors fight for germs and pests and we clean up garbage. When the germs are gone and the garbage is cleaned, the disease is cured.


Furthermore, if doctors already told you that there is no cure for your disease, do you still have faith in your doctors? Or should you believe in yourself?! If you believe in yourself and change the environment the disease resides in, the disease will die off. Therefore, if you create an environment that unsuitable for pests, then you need no professionals to deal with infestation.

When I was growing up in China, there were very few people with chronic health or weight problems. I (and everyone else) followed a traditional Chinese diet and exercise regimen at home and at school or at work. On the whole, I was happy, healthy, and full of life.


After I came to the United States, my diet, exercise, and lifestyle changed dramatically. I began following Western nutritional and health guidelines and ended up with many health problems, such as fatigue, allergies, arrhythmias, breast and cervical tumors, tremors, fainting, memory problems, and discomforts, pains, and aches all over my body. I trusted my doctors completely with my health. One problem followed another with none of my health issues ever being satisfactorily resolved. Moreover, there were no specialists or prescriptions for my tiredness. I did not know what type of Western doctor, if any, dealt with a lack of energy, mine or anybody else’s. Medications and treatments all too often had their own side effects, which caused, in turn, even more problems, including making my fatigue worse.


I asked myself, why was I so healthy in China, but so sickly in the United States?


I turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine for its medical wisdom accumulated over 10,000 years. I found holistic and all-natural solutions to my health problems, and with time, returned to the vibrant health that had eluded me for twenty years.


My experiences and the fruit of my research are the basis of this book, The Total Life Energy Plan.


The Total Life Energy Plan is based on the principle of universal energy found in Chinese medicine. Universal energy is explained in Chapter 1 of Part I.


Body and food energy are parts of universal energy. I discuss in detail the applications of universal energy to and in our body in Chapters 2 and 3, as well as to our food in Chapter 4. I discuss how food energy can be a source of health or a source of illness in Chapter 5.

Chapter 9 discusses methods for removing blockages to enable the body to discharge these poisons so that it can more effectively absorb energy from food and its surroundings.


Because many apparently unrelated conditions result from a weakened digestive system, Chapter 10 discusses in detail how to identify and strengthen a weakened digestive system in order to obtain more energy from food.


After having explained how to prepare the body for its newfound energy, the Life Energy Diet is discussed in Chapters 11 through 12 in Part III.


Chapter 11 contains strategies and guidelines for creating and implementing your own personalized Life Energy Diet, as well as sample recipes and diet plans.


Chapter 12 shows how to customize the Life Energy Diet to match the specific circumstances of your life. It also discusses how the Life Energy Diet makes use of natural changes to increase life energy and strengthen internal organs.


Food is just one source of energy. There are others, such as exercise, daily habits, mental activities, sexuality, social and physical surroundings, and life attitudes. Later chapters build on the foundation of the first three chapters. Later chapters will also enhance and expand your understanding of the basic principles introduced in the first three chapters. Once you understand the basic principles of Nature or Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will attain a different and higher degree of self-care. No exercise works better than the exercises that fill the body with the energy it needs. No system works better than the body for healing itself. Only the body can use the energy available to it to heal and bring itself back to health. Our mind, body, and Nature, rather than experts and medical treatments, hold the keys to long-term health and happiness.

How to Conquer Chronic Fatigue, Control Weight, and Heal Any Illnesses?

When our bodies do not produce enough or the right kinds of energy, we suffer from fatigue and loss of vitality, even though we may not have an identifiable illness in Western medicine. When I was growing up in China, there were very few people with chronic health or weight problems. I (and everyone else) followed a traditional Chinese diet and exercise regimen at home, school, or work. I was happy, healthy, and full of life.


After I came to the United States, my diet, exercise, and lifestyle changed dramatically. I began following Western nutritional and health guidelines and ended up with many health problems, such as:



Chronic fatigue
Allergies
Digestive disorders
Over- and under-weight
Arrhythmias
Cervical tumors
Breast cancer
Tremors
Fainting
Minor strokes and memory problems
Discomforts, pains, and aches all over my body

I trusted my doctors completely with my health. One problem followed another with none of my health issues ever being satisfactorily resolved. Moreover, there were no specialists or prescriptions for my tiredness. I did not know what type of Western doctor, if any, dealt with a lack of energy, mine or anybody else’s. Medications and treatments all too often had their own side effects, which caused, in turn, even more problems, including making my fatigue worse.


I asked myself, why was I so healthy in China, but so sickly in the United States?


I turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine for its medical wisdom accumulated over 10,000 years. I found holistic and all-natural solutions to my health problems, and with time, returned to the vibrant health that had eluded me for twenty years.


My experiences and the fruit of my research are the basis of this book, The Total Life Energy Plan.


The Total Life Energy Plan is based on the principle of universal energy found in Chinese medicine. Universal energy is explained in Chapter 1 of Part I.


Body and food energy are parts of universal energy. I discuss in detail the applications of universal energy to and in our body in Chapters 2 and 3, as well as to our food in Chapter 4. I discuss how food energy can be a source of health or a source of illness in Chapter 5.


After acquiring a basic understanding of body and food energy, you need to prepare your body for creating more energy. This is explained in Chapters 6 through 10, Part II.


Chapter 6 introduces the Total Life Energy Plan. The Total Life Energy Plan is designed to ensure that your body is able to obtain the energy it needs, of which food is a major source.


Everyone’s body is different, has its own unique conditions, and has its own ways of falling ill. Chapter 7 explains how to find your body conditions that can (or already have) led to illness. Chapter 8 shows how to determine which foods will address your conditions and meet your energy needs for long-term health.


Body functions create waste. When the body’s energy is prevented from flowing freely, waste and poisonous substances accumulate in the body. This undischarged waste further prevents the body from obtaining the energy it needs. Chapter 9 discusses methods for removing blockages to enable the body to discharge these poisons so that it can more effectively absorb energy from food and its surroundings.


Because many apparently unrelated conditions result from a weakened digestive system, Chapter 10 discusses in detail how to identify and strengthen a weakened digestive system in order to obtain more energy from food.


After having explained how to prepare the body for its newfound energy, the Life Energy Diet is discussed in Chapters 11 through 12 in Part III.


Chapter 11 contains strategies and guidelines for creating and implementing your own personalized Life Energy Diet, as well as sample recipes and diet plans.


Chapter 12 shows how to customize the Life Energy Diet to match the specific circumstances of your life. It also discusses how the Life Energy Diet makes use of natural changes to increase life energy and strengthen internal organs.


Food is just one source of energy. There are others, such as exercise, daily habits, mental activities, sexuality, social and physical surroundings, and life attitudes. All of these can either create or waste life energy. Chapters 13 through 15 in Parts IV and V will show you how to implement, monitor, and optimize your customized plan with a step-by-step guide to making the best choices for your body and its needs.


Without a firm grasp of the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a reliable understanding of health is impossible. We humans come from Nature and build upon Nature. Traditional Chinese Medicine is based upon the general rules in Nature and is designed for us to live well within our natural and social environment. Only after we know the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, can we prevent many illnesses and live healthily and happily in our environment.


If you have no previous knowledge of the general rules in Nature or Traditional Chinese Medicine, it may take some time to digest the information in Chapters 1 through 3. Keep reading. Later chapters build on the foundation of the first three chapters. Later chapters will also enhance and expand your understanding of the basic principles introduced in the first three chapters. Once you understand the basic principles of Nature or Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will attain a different and higher degree of self-care. Also, this is a book that should be read a few times and each time you learn something new. This will lead to an ever deeper understanding.


Nobody cares more about you than you do. Take charge of your health. Like I and many others did, you can overcome your illnesses and maintain good health.



Environment, genes, viruses or bacteria, aging, money, and wealth do not determine your illness, health, or life expectancy.
Disease is preventable.

A doctor is needed for consultation, in an emergency, when illness strikes, and for regular physical checkups to prevent diseases with unnoticed or easily ignored symptoms. However, doctors and medicine by themselves cannot keep you healthy. There is a Chinese saying, “30% of medical care and 70% of self-care.” When you are ill and need medical attention, you still need to take 70% of the responsibility for your return to complete health.


Increasing life energy is the only way to maintain health and overcome illnesses. No food is better than the foods provided by Nature. No exercise works better than the exercises that fill the body with the energy it needs. No system works better than the body for healing itself. Only the body can use the energy available to it to heal and bring itself back to health. Our mind, body, and Nature, rather than experts and medical treatments, hold the keys to long-term health and happiness.

Why Organ Transplant Is Much Worse Than You Think — The Bad, the Worse, and the Ugly

Some people don’t know how to take care of their body. Their organs may malfunction or even completely stop functioning. Western doctors may recommend organ transplants. How can organ transplants affect the sick people, organ donors, and the society? The results are much worse than you think.


The Bad: When the circulation to an organ is blocked, the organ doesn’t receive enough fuel (life energy) to function properly.
