Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Jim Dobbin I had been reading a bit of Young Adult literature - trying to keep up with my children's reading - and got inspired to write my own. The boat in the …moreI had been reading a bit of Young Adult literature - trying to keep up with my children's reading - and got inspired to write my own. The boat in the story is our boat, so I suppose the original romance in the book was between a boy and a boat. (less)
