5 simple steps to a happier life
1. Write yourself: Take a blank paper and a pen. Just outpour your thoughts. Write your confusing thoughts. Initially it would be difficult to write. You may be thinking that what you should write. Remember you need not to write something specific. You can start from your first thought. You can write “I don’t know what to write, but I am so confused……..” This first step will help you tremendously and in the end you have 4-5 or more pages filled with your thoughts.
2. Walk on the street alone: Be relaxed. Walk on the street alone as long as you can. Let go yourself wherever your feet takes you. Don’t plan for where you want to go. Just walking look at life outside you. Just see (don’t comment) a stranger passing by, feel the breeze, gaze at the stars, trees and birds. You will find there are many more things happening beyond you. Walking alone regenerates you, makes you more soothing.
3. Share your thoughts: Meet your best friend and share your thoughts with him. Better you go with him for dinner where you can discuss many things. Friends help you because he/she can listen you without any judgments. It has been said that many problems between relationships would be solved if there are good listeners.
4. Believe yourself: Before believing God, you must believe yourself. Believe what you want to do and you can. You may be thinking that you want to be billionaire how could it be possible? “Those who never flied, remember, nobody is going to take you up” You must trust yourself and take a first step. If you want to become rich, meet rich people and ask them how they achieved their dream. Read books and take help.
5. Meditate: You must balance your being. Though we have every comfort, we are still empty inside. The emptiness is the cause of mess in the world. This emptiness cannot be fulfilled. But meditation takes you deeper in your being. It helps you to be with it, undivided and one. Mediation is a complete relaxation where you are with yourself as you are. Simple technique of mediation is to take bath after your work in the evening and play a relaxing music and sit in the position you feel comfortable.
