Brianne has been creating through a variety of artistic mediums which include drawing, graphic design, writing, dance, music, and performance art since a very young age. Her favorite genres include fantasy, adventure, drama, and unique romances - particularly LGBTQ.

She has been writing for about fifteen years and has posted her work in online writing communities such as fanfiction.net, fictionpress.com, and Archive of Our Own. She has a passion for unconventional romances not usually portrayed in mainstream media and tends to be ultra-realistic and detail-oriented in her writing. She has no reservations about jumping headfirst into awkward or uncomfortable subject matters.

Nonbinary Pride!

A dear friend of mine commented the following on an image I posted with gender-neutral terms in support of #nonbinarypride.

Instead of getting upset at the biased opinions that continue to invalidate the #nonbinary or #trans communities, I was thrilled at the opportunity to educate her as I myself continue to learn and deconstruct the implicit biases that are ingrained into many of us.

Misfit in Hell to Heaven Expat by M.K. McDaniel
"Decent Memoir

The writing in this memoir is good but I wasn’t completely impressed with the actual story. There was a lot of background on the family versus what the description says about a near death experience. It fell a little short for me. " Read more of this review »

Elizabeth Gilbert
“There's a wonderful old Italian joke about a poor man who goes to church every day and prays before the statue of a great saint, begging, "Dear saint-please, please, please...give me the grace to win the lottery." This lament goes on for months. Finally the exasperated staue comes to life, looks down at the begging man and says in weary disgust, "My son-please, please, please...buy a ticket."

Prayer is a realtionship; half the job is mine. If I want transformation, but can't even be bothered to articulate what, exactly, I'm ainming for, how will it ever occur? Half the benefit of prayer is in the asking itself, in the offering of a clearly posed and well-considered intention. If you don't have this, all your pleas and desires are boneless, floppy, inert; they swirl at your feet in a cold fog and never lift.”
