It's Either Love Or Obstacles, Never Both--Little Loves
“It’s either love or obstacles, never both”-this is what this collection of the short and simple love stories, "Little Loves" is all about. These are stories of common people living around us. They are about the moments of love we steal while getting ready for college, office or while doing our daily works. Each story of this collection is about the triumph of love. No matter what the conditions are, love always wins. There are no heroes, billionaires or heroines. It’s simply love. Imagine an illiterate man finding out ideas to tackle the traditions and customs that are coming in the way of his love. He sets up his own pyre and sets it ablaze, leaving behind a note…And this is not about taking radical measures, a couple engaged in day to day life, finds out a simple romantic way to protect their love. They work, they struggle, but still they love. This is all about love. I have dedicated the book to all those warriors of love who have kept the flames alive…Keep Loving!

"Train Of Love" : Hopes Of Despair
‘Train Of Love’ is the third poem in the collection, 'Hopes Of Despair'. A train that doesn't at your station!Like when you desperately want to be invited to party, but out of some reservations or formalities you say no, expecting that the host will try to pursue you but the host, probably was himself looking for an excuse for not inviting you, and takes advantage of your formal denial and does not ask you for the second time.
This also happens at least few times in our lives. When we actually are too, confident that the other person will placate, pursue us, but instead the other person takes our words literally.
It is when you are angry with your beloved and express your anger—anger is also a part of love—we are not angry on strangers, we do not express our dissatisfaction from strangers. We express our feelings on those people whom we know or rather believe that our absence, our anger, will affect them.
But what if, that person does not behave in the manner you had expected. That person, instead of placating you, persuading you, takes leave.
It’s a tricky situation, technically it is us, who had asked or given consent to what is happening, but actually we were not anticipating and wishing it to happen!
Like if I you ask your boyfriend/girlfriend to stop talking to you and he/she literally stops doing it. Now, you cannot blame him/her it’s you who had asked for it.
Well, this poem is all about such a situation.
‘Train Of Love’ is the third poem in the collection of best love poems, 'Hopes of Despair'.

Love Mail : Hopes Of Despair-a collection of love poems
‘Love Mail’ is the second poem in the collection, 'Hopes Of Despair'. The poem is all about pleasures of hopes. Sometimes we know what reality is but we start enjoying the hopes of good, it gives us pleasure and those hopes actually become more precious than the reality or the thing that we are actually hoping for. Yes it actually happens.
I felt these when I was actually in my late teens and had just passed high school examinations. It was Orkut times—remember Orkut? the social media site, before Facebook.
E-mails were also new and without having android devices, we were only able to check emails once a day or even once in a couple of days. As a student in teens there was not much in my emails, i.e., I hardly received any important emails in those years. But yes, technology had started its charm on us. Internet speed was slow and it took a lot of time for the inbox to open after you logged in. And this was the time, that I started to enjoy. This poem is all about those few seconds, between the log in to the inbox—those few seconds of hope. Hopes that were likely to dash, after the inbox opened up, but I seriously enjoyed that journey from log in to inbox so much, that off late, I started to wish that those hopes of receiving email remain alive forever.
I hope you will enjoy and relate to it.

'DON'T COME': HOPES OF DESPAIR
'Don't Come' is the first poem in the collection, 'Hopes Of Despair'. This poem is one of the closest to my heart.
Our life greatly depends not upon actions, but upon perceptions. Like famous poet Mirza Ghalib writes,
"हमको मालूम है जन्नत की हक़ीक़त लेकिन,
दिल को बहलाने को ग़ालिब ये ख्याल अच्छा है"
(We know the reality of heaven but still, It is a good idea to keep the heart happy, Ghalib).
This is not just a verse but it is fact of our lives, like Meeta the lead character in my novel "Raped Every Day' says 'truth is an apparent phenomena', it is a fact that truth is not or
say never absolute. It is always apparent or what the majority feels to be true is truth. For example before Copernicus, it was a truth that sun goes round the earth. Today the truth is earth goes round the sun.
Similarly we humans need, 'khayals' (ideas) to keep ourselves happy.
Sometimes it is always better that someone whom we love, but are also aware that the love is not reciprocated by him/her--should only remain in memories. We should feel their absence as someone who is our's but not present here. However, if that person tends to be physically present and avoids us, ignores us, then the last solace that we were having, the last illusion will also break. Thus sometimes it is better too wish that our beloved doesn't come but remains close in our memories.
This is the first poem of the collection of best love poems, 'Hopes of Despair' releasing on March 31, 2018.

Beneath every despair there lies a hope: Hopes Of Despair releasing on March 31
Dear friends, there had been several occasions in my life when I had been through phases of despair, but later when I pondered; I have always realized that even during those times of despair, there were hopes, which actually affected our actions. Like when you ask anyone whom you have loved from the core of your heart to go away from your life. You are angry, you have lost all your hopes, but even then it is the last thing that you want. Actually you want that person to be in your life forever. You want that person to explain and assure that he/she will not go away. This is the hope that guides your actions. Like famous Pakistani poet, Amhed Faraz said in his popular couplet, Ranjish hi Sahi, Dil Ye Dukhane Ke Liye Aa ; Aa Phir Se Mujhe Chhor Ke Jaane Ke Liye Aaa said, Be it enmity, come to pain my heart again, Come leave me once again. Here too, Faraz is expressing about the hopes of despair, it is height of desperation when a beloved wishes that I am ready to endure more pain, but come again. Actually, I feel that Faraz actually believed that may be once the beloved comes, then he/she will not go again! And this is the hopethe stubborn, obscure hope. My new collection of best love poems, Hopes Of Despair is all about this hope. The book is set to release on March 31st. All the poems of the collection are actually in the language that we speak in our daily lives, its about commonness and it is about common people, like me. I will be posting, my view on each of the poems one by one. Hang on! You can preorder it hereClick to get free copies here

Best wishes on international women's day to all the fans of Meeta-The Superwoman
Happy international women’s day to all the readers of the book Raped Every Day. The book that is the first part of the series Meeta The Superwoman is all about the women discourse, narrated through the ordeals and journey of a 17-year old girl. On this day for women, I would like to divulge some facts about the life of Meeta after Raped Every Day, i.e., what course her life would take in future. Will she be able to come out of the quagmire that she has been trapped into or will she wait to die?
To give you all a hint, I would like you to go back to the preface of the book. It starts with a note from Meeta:“Today when I am writing this, I am not the same 17-year old girl, wreathing in pain and blood. I am a woman who decides her own fate, who is free, even free to decide with whom to have sex. But this never means that attempts to cage a free woman like me have stopped. This only means, I have learnt to fight”-MeetaManaging Director,Vaidhehi Foods Pvt LtdYes, you got it right! She will learn to fight, survive and win. But how? The answer lies in the next part of the series named Meeta-The Superwoman. It would be a journey full of misfortunes and fortunes, strength, deception, failures and success. It will be the story of metamorphosis of a disgraced teenager to a superwoman. Keep reading! Happy women’s day! Click hereto get access to free copy of the second book. LoveBhumika

Raped Every Day: A big hug to readers for 100 plus downloads in 5 days!
I have no words to thank all the readers who have downloaded more than 100 copies of ‘Raped Every Day’ in just 5 days! This was not expected by me at all. The idea began with a real incident, a sad and gory incident where a 17-year old girl was going through such travails that could instill a sense of fear even among the toughest of souls on this earth. I was also in my teens at that time and I carried that guilt of having not been able to do anything about it. I carried that guilt for years, until during a recent visit I was startled to know that, the same disgraced 17-year old girl, has changed her fortunes, she fought, recovered and is now helping others like her. This, time I was filled with an irresistible desire to express and tell her story. Atleast now I could help spreading the word…Raped Every Day is just the first part of the 3 part series, Meeta-The Superwoman. It is the depiction of the travails of that poor teenage girl. But trust me she will fight and make a comeback. Happy Reading!-Love Bhumika
