The Album That Followed Me Around the World

Hey from Nottingham!

Once again this week, I’ve been reminded of the power of experience. A couple of days ago, Mrs R and I took my parents to see one of my favourite bands at the Rescue Rooms, a small venue here in Nottingham. They’re called Stornoway, and they play folk music inspired (mostly) by nature.

Most of my books start with a trip, so when a scene stalls I go back to my photos and notes from the place and picture Eden standing there. If that doesn’t work, I skip ahead and write a scene See Full Answer
