Lisa Shardlow is a digital artist, bookworm, film buff, history lover and self-publishing children’s author. Lisa was born with a physical disability called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC), but she has never let that stop her from enjoying life to the fullest.

Lisa’s biggest influences on her children’s books are her own life experiences. Despite being unable to walk, she was always a very active child, always going out with her friends and generally having lots of fun in her favourite wheelchair. That hasn’t really changed since reaching adulthood, she’s still doing those things even though her wheelchair is a little bit different now!

Wheelchair Accessibility Review: Wetwheels Edinburgh at Port Edgar Marina, Scotland
