Joice Berth é arquiteta e urbanista formada pela Universidade Nove de Julho e pós-graduada em direito urbanístico pela PUC de Minas Gerais. Desde o início, sua trajetória profissional na arquitetura se relaciona com o interesse pela atuação política e, hoje, Joice trabalha como assessora parlamentar. Também desenvolve pesquisas sobre questões raciais e de gênero e, em 2018, lançou o livro “O que é empoderamento?” pela editora Letramento.
