I’ve always been passionate about writing. Growing up in the care system, it became more than just a creative outlet, it was my way of making sense of the world, of giving shape to feelings that didn’t always have a place anywhere else.

The idea for my first novel, Orion’s Awakening, came after my grandma passed away. I was grieving and trying to hold myself together, and I needed somewhere to put that pain. So I turned to the stars. That’s how the Star Magic Series was born, a universe built on loss, love, found family, and the journey of becoming who you were always meant to be.

When the book first came out, it didn’t take off the way I’d hoped. I lost confidence and stepped away from writing for nearly nine years. But the story never left ...more
