La storia di Maail prima de "La pace su Ekeroth". Come si arrivò agli eventi narrati nella trilogia?

Alcuni lettori mi hanno chiesto di condividere una cronologia degli eventi succedutisi nel mondo di Maail prima di quelli raccontati nella trilogia “La pace su Ekeroth”. Mi son fatto prendere la mano e ho aggiunto qualche nota di colore legata soprattutto allo sviluppo dei regni di Vihro e Mushaf.
