Joseph Q. Jarvis, MD, MSPH, has practiced family medicine and organized public-health services for thirty-five years. His spouse of forty-four years, Annette W. Jarvis, is an internationally recognized business-bankruptcy attorney. Together they have five married children and seven grandchildren.

Dr. Jarvis is the author of two prior books--"The Purple World: Healing the Harm in American Health Care" and "What the Single Eye Sees: Faith, Hope, Charity, and the Pursuit of Discipleship." His newest book, "The Hope of the Promise: Israel in Ancient & Latter-Days" will be released on March 9, 2021.

When not busy with his public-health consulting practice, writing, or spending time with family, Dr. Jarvis leads tours in Europe and Israel. ...more
