My Mediterranean Cruise
I spent the last week and half on board the Norwegian Epic, cruising the Mediterranean with a connecting flight to Doha. Visited the following cities: Barcelona, Naples, Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Pisa, Cannes and Palma Majorca and explored a rich culture of history, mythology and religion.
The ship felt like a home away from home. Only difference, I didn't have to cook and clean and felt truly like a queen. I couldn't have asked for a better floating hotel with everything from entertainment in the form of shows, to a large casino and not forgetting the endless array of food prepared to perfection.
It was a venture alone but the perfect downtime or better yet, 'me' time.
I returned, refreshed, rejuvenated, inspired and ready to finish that next book. Now, to put fingers to the keyboard and get typing.
