Lars J Clemedson is an organizational psychologist, leadership consultant, and a thought leader in the fields of organizational culture and team performance. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden, and studied psychology and music at the university there. He has more than 30 years' experience of developing leaders and management teams. Among his clients you'll find Hertz, Johnson & Johnson, Conoco, and more than 100 other companies.
