Ebony Edition out Friday the 5th June
An alternate version of Kingdom of Aces - Ruby Edition arrives on June the 5th.
The Ebony Edition will be a different take on my novel, ultimately creating an alternate timeline for the characters of the Jewel Islands.
Why wait around for a sequel? When one set of books can offer a completely new story, only not the way you might remember it the first time around.

Ruby Edition out Friday 22nd May
My hand has been forced, so I have gone against my original desire of releasing the Ruby and Ebony editions of Kingdom of Aces on the same day.
Instead, the Ruby Edition will be out first, with the Ebony edition to follow very shortly after.

Kingdom of Aces
My latest project is edging closer to completion, a story told with alternative takes on the outcome of events. Each edition will tail off in a different direction and certain characters will or won't see the end of each novel. I feel it has a unique structure and I simply cannot wait to hear what people think about it.
The Ruby Edition will be released on the exact same date as the Ebony Edition, but as yet, I cannot set a release date. The cover reveal will also be posted on social media as soon as I receive the artwork.
Follow me on the many social media platforms to keep upto date with all my work, plenty of releases scheduled this year including more from the 'Dragon's Reclaim' series.

The Cruel Vendetta

So. I plucked out my future WIP's and adapted the story to meet the target 5,000 words (or under)
I have worked solid for 2 days now and can announce that it is done.
I have to give it a few re-reads and then I'll be handing it over to my beta-reader team to get their thoughts.

The two headed project
Well, with Edgehaven complete. I am pleased to say it has been entered into the 5th annual SPFBO, 300 novels - 10 judges - 1 winner. So, fingers crossed I can get through the early rounds on that one.
Edgehaven has also been entered into Amazon's 'Storyteller 2019' contest, of which the paperback version of my Book will be following very soon.
With all that aside and now out of my hands. My next writing project is already underway, the working title is 'Kingdom of Aces' and is set to be a double-headed novel that will have two versions of the same story, told with slightly different outcomes.
I plan to publish a RED and BLACK version of this project, and in each version the fates of main characters will differ.
I had hoped that this project would be another 50k word work, but as things stand it may be more like 35k. I am nearing completion of draft one, and already stand at about 27k, onwards and upwards I continue. An authors work is never done.
