I just read The Prisoner that I purchased on Amazon Kindle. Went to but the second book and was disappointed that it wasn't out yet. I read about four Kindle books a month for the past few years and ALL Sci-Fi and Fantasy. Your book The Prisoner kept me captivated and wanted to read it every chance I get. Loved it and gave it 5 stars on Amazon. When do you think the next book will be out?

I am so happy to know that you enjoyed The Prisoner. I do sympathize with your disappointment over the second book not being out yet. I hate when that happens! To answer your question, I am about 2 months away from completing my first draft of book 2 (which I have tentatively titled "The Keeper"). Add another month or 2 after that for editing, getting a cover design, etc. and, if all goes according to plan, the second book will be out early next year.

UPDATE: Well, I've been delayed by multiple life events. I'm currently approximately 2/3 through Book 2 now. I'm now shooting for June of 2019. In the mean time, the audiobook of The Prisoner is now out! :-)(less)
