L.E. Torres is a Peruvian-born sci‑fi author who writes space operas steeped in Latin American culture and grounded in real science. For two decades he designed role‑playing games—his indie RPG Seven Worlds was nominated for an ENnie and awarded the Atomic Rockets Seal. A lifelong sci‑fi fan, introvert, and occasional electronic music composer, he gravitates to complex characters and bittersweet endings.
