Reading between the lines

I feel like there is so much information with books similar to Abomination that is left to speculation. The authors give you just enough to leave you asking questions. I really enjoy this kind of writing, it makes me feel like I'm in thick with the characters. The author lets the story grow in your own mind, giving you space to speculate and wonder.

Passion

Passion
By S.F. Hill

At times it is but an ember, warm and almost somber, a constant glow beneath my bosom, soft yet vigilant against the harsh winter of time spent without you near.

Patiently waiting for you to be near once more. For your tender caress to spark and ignite this once seemingly fleeting glimmer of passion to roar of heat, and life.

Exposing its true nature to be an unyielding flame. That burns bright enough to blind, hot enough to burn, and will consume us both as it thrashes and licks for the heaven.

Revealing the truth of my everlasting want, my undieing need. A fury the resonates from my very bones. Lustful power that can only be sated by your sweet lips pressed against mine.

Change of plans.

While I'm not new to writing as a whole. Thanks to my daughters I am new to being published. As the euphoria of holding my novel in my hands for the first time subsides ever so slightly. "As I am a fan of my own work" I come to realize that writing has always been a part of my life. Now I find myself amused by the thought that it took me so long to realize what I really love to do. Isn't anything I went to college for nor what I had ever expected to be such a fulfilling part of my life.
