Gavin Paul studied English Literature at the University of Lethbridge and the University of British Columbia. He now teaches at UBC and Kwantlen Polytechnic University. He lives in Surrey, British Columbia, with his wife, two children, and dog (named after a famous Elizabethan playwright--no, not Shakespeare). His creative non-fiction has been regularly featured on Medium.com.
He has recently published Conspiracy of One, a collection of short fiction, and The Coward, a collection of personal essays.
