I was born in Liverpool England, but have lived in New Zealand since the age of 14.
I have two adult sons and a husband of 40 years.

I enjoy reading, writing, and painting.

I've read many great books since joining goodreads and appreciate all the recommendations. My reviews are purely a reflection of how the books make me feel.

5 stars ✨ loved it
4 stars ✨ mostly enjoyed it
3 stars ✨ finished it but wouldn't recommend

I don't give less stars because I don't finish the book. There are too many good books out there, and time is precious.

My first book Laughter With The Tears is available on Amazon.

"I had looked at this book a few times and it sounded good from the back. I had high hopes but was a little disappointed.

The concept is great. It’s about 3 woman, firstly Juliet, who never really got over her childhood bestie and first love Rory.

‘Worry is something you create to fill a void of faith’

Worth reading just for those two quotes.

Definitely gave me ‘Life of Pie’ vibes.
