Rembrandt Rides a Bike

Finally! My second Julia Fairchild mystery is set to be released on Amazon on January 13. The keywords are set, as well as the categories, and fingers and toes are crossed. In REMBRANDT RIDES A BIKE, Julia finds herself ensnarled in art heists and a missing fellow dancer. Did I mention that the book is set along the Rhine River and ends up in Amsterdam?

Julia is ready to find out what Paris has to offer in the third mystery of the series which I plan to release later this year. Her visit to Paris has been rescheduled twice due to COVID, but hopefully she'll get to see her dream city in April!

Rembrandt Rides a Bike

My second Julia Fairchild Mystery is due to be published in December 2020! It has been an amazing journey to leap from being an amateur writer to a published author, and now soon to be publishing a second title.

My heroine, Julia, is a young internist who ends up playing detective when she goes on vacation. Just like my own father used to say to me, she doesn't look for trouble--it finds her.

BLIND FISH DON"T TALK started out as a simple journal entry while I was flying home from a vacation. The snorkeling and diving in St. Maarten is amazing. Some of the events in the story are real, but I made up 90 per cent of it as that journal note morphed itself into a book. My readers tell me it should be a movie someday. Does anyone know a producer?

Julia also tap dances and loves to learn more about art. A Viking River cruise on the Rhine River triggered the idea to combine dancing and art into a land tour using some of the same cities. REMBRANDT RIDES A BIKE is due to be released in December 2020. She travels with 3 of her fellow tap dancers this time. She seems to have trouble in the museums and has to use her doctor detective skills to clear her name.

Then there's the trip to Paris that didn't happen this year due to COVID.
