People seem to think if you're not actually physically sitting at a desk, pounding the keyboard or scribbling on paper you're not actually writing. Nerts to that. Thinking is writing. The actual physical process of putting down those thoughts is only the end result, like taking the bread out of the oven after all those hours of mixing, rising, shaping and then finally baking. And so it’s December

Another Year in the Bag

It’s hard to believe another year has zoomed by. Always seems I just get used to recording the new year, and then, whoosh!, time has sped past me while I have had my nose in flowers, my thoughts it stories, and my hands either in dirt or paint.

But, here we go. It’s December. just 18 days until January 1, 2025.

Ed Rambeau Thanks for accepting my friend request, Lorina. You seem like an interesting person, so feel free to tell me more about yourself and perhaps we can grow to become even greater friends. I, myself, am a singer/songwriter/actor who has recently turned author. My 2 top ten recordings were CONCRETE & CLAY (as a singer) and NAVY BLUE (as a writer)...both in the early 1960's.

Regards, and have a great day, Ed

Beth Hi Lorina,
Thanks for befriending this fellow author on Goodreads!

Lorina Stephens You're welcome, Lorena. 'Blind Assassin' makes 'Handmaid's Tale' look like a novice's work, IMO. She's in top form with this one.

Lorena Lorina,
Thanks for the recommendation, I have read one book by Atwood (the handmaid's tale) and truly enjoyed it, next time I am at the bookstore I'll make sure to look up Blind Assasin. ;o)
