Andrew's researches and writings are largely focussed upon the career and exploits of Alexander the Great, both in life and in the context of his equally remarkable adventures in death, through the quest for his lost tomb. Andrew has been actively researching the history of Alexander's tomb since 1998, including visits to Alexandria and Saqqara in Egypt. He wrote a biography of Alexander the Great in the 3rd century BC, which became the most influential book ever on the king. But all the original copies were lost or destroyed in antiquity, so we know his work only through Roman writers. As soon as I realised he could be resurrected, it became a sacred mission.(less)
