Back at it again
It is amazing how sometimes doing nothing can lead to doing so much.

Sequels: Are they harder than the original?
As I sit down and stare at the blank screen ,with it's little flashing cursor, I am posed with a question. It is not a concern if I have the ability. It isn't even a fearful imposition of doubt that I can do the sequal justice. The one question that pushes the first key has always been ... What should I show them now? The universe in which my mind has been living since I first stepped into Glade's world has been so pure and real that I have never had a lack there of ideas but an overload of story's and background I want to include everyone in. It is not the battle to entertain that I am faced with, but the indecision of relevance in which I want to hold your attention. For if I do not show you what I see then I have failed my characters.

Talking to myself
I often find it a good resource to talk out scense between my characters as if I am acting. It helps me to understand their flow of conversation and to feel if it is natural. It also helps to make everyone in line at McDonald's look at me funny and walk away. It's a win win.

First and Foremost
Hello, everyone floating in the ether! This may not Grace the screens of anyone but I would like to extend an invitation not only into my mind but also into the world I have created. Follow Glade in A Walk Among the creatures. Or you can just check in here or on my Twitter for random ramblings about my writing process.
