Madden Kole is a dark fiction author and a first generation American who was born in Los Angeles, California, to Colombian parents. A tomboy who faithfully followed her two older brothers despite the inevitable cuts, scrapes, and stitches that resulted from bike riding over dirt mounds, she ultimately became the self-proclaimed “Queen of the Tether-Ball Court” in Southern California’s high desert. She spent her teenage years in Phoenix, Arizona, before buying a one-way ticket to New York City, where she made plenty of bad decisions but did not create a single regret.
