Most of the time, it just means I need to take a break, get up and walk around--maybe get a snack.

For the longer stretches, I try to find something to spark my imagination. I either read a new book, watch a new movie, find a new TV show, or experience new things in any way I can. You never know what will cause inspiration to strike!(less)

It's been a long time...

Well… here I am, in the same place I’ve found myself so many times over the last year—staring at my blank computer screen, willing the words to jump from my head to the page of their own accord.

Needless to say, it’s not working.

I’ve deliberated over what message I would send in my “come back” post, even sat and penned many drafts, but none of them seemed to ever become what I needed them to be.
