I was born in a small town in Saskatchewan in 1962, second oldest of 5 children. I have so many wonderful memories from this part of my life.(my parents likely had a different perspective)
I graduated from Eastend high school in 1980, my dad was also my principal.(no pressure!)
By the time I was 26 I was married with 3 children, Justin, Mitchell and Jenson, aged 1, 3 and 5.
I was inspired to return to school and become a registered nurse after my middle son was diagnosed with and conquered chidhood leukemia.

It was during the stressful time of his illness that anxiety and depression began to have an effect on my life. I began to search for ways to assist my body, mind and spirit to heal themselves.
