Editing my upcoming release

Hey y'all,
I am in the editing phase of the second book in my newest, fantasy, time-travel, adventure book, releasing (hopefully) by the end of Summer or early Fall. It has been hard to focus on book things as It has been a very rough start to our year here in the Boudreaux household. The new year started with the unexpected death and funeral of my husband of thirty years, and a month later; just a few weeks ago; also my mother's funeral. There is much to be done concerning these events, but we are trusting God for all things and are exceedingly blessed by his graciousness and love for us. Other things are also happening as the devil is wreaking havoc and trying to get the better of me, but he shall not win, for my God is greater, and Jesus is my stronghold. I pray you all are having a better new year than how mine began. If not, hold fast to the Lord and He shall direct your path, bolster your heart, and heal your pain.

Blessings,

Shawna

When The Spirit Speaks

I woke up this morning a bit groggy, tired from my tumultuous previous day. Sundays are supposed to be days of rest, but for us, they are very busy. We help teach Kids Place, our church's children's ministry. We are up e...

All Because of a Calling

I'm not sure if most of you know this, but the first thing, other than high-school, that I have ever written is my very first book series, the Peregrination Series of books. In the summer of 2017, God gave me the vision ...
