Louise Wise is a British author from the Midlands in England. Her foremost work, EDEN, is a critically acclaimed sci-fi romance, which was subsequently succeeded by its sequel, HUNTED, in 2013.

Wise adopted the pseudonym T. E Kessler for her JELVIA: NOT HUMAN series to distinguish mature themes from her conventional works. The upcoming series is derived from the Eden and Hunted books and consists of six titles:

1. HOLDING OUT FOR A HERO
2. SURVIVING HER DOMINANT
3. SPIDER
4. MOON AND BACK
5. NEMESIS
6. TIL THE WORLD FALLS APART

Besides her JELVIA: NOT HUMAN series, Louise Wise has authored other works, including A Proper Charlie (romantic comedy), Oh No, I’ve Fallen in Love! (dark comedy romance), and Wide Awake Asleep (time travel, romance).
