As My Mind Unwinds

While I would not necessarily review a book with such strong Spiritual content for various reasons I felt as I read it, because of my own journey, that the messages and personal reflections inside of this 31 day devotional journal that it more than deserved to be heard by the masses. In an articulate and heartfelt manner this book provides encouragement, deep thoughts and a path to Salvation or the contemplation of it. This book is affecting to the core and is not to be taken lightly but delved into with concentration. In an openly honest way it inspires, convicts and causes many moments of pause to ponder on all that is written there.
-To The Author- Exceptional and motivating.

Ghostly Love

In this tale you will encounter a possessive ghost with computer skills and unafraid to throw temper tantrums if he has to. A quick but very good read as romance blossoms while trying to deflect the entity who has taken up residence. Sweet, light and well done. This is the second book I have read by Lynn Miclea. Both were at opposite ends of the spectrum.
-To The Author- You have fantastic abilities to move between genres.

FOGBOUND EMPIRE IN FLAMES

This was my first experience reading Steampunk genre. I had to Google it to be honest as I had no real idea what it was. This book entailed all of the components associated with the definition but in no way is this well written story as cut and dry as that. With its several notable characters each taking on a life of their own this book provides a solid read in it's flair and on the edge thought process. I enjoyed it completely.
-To The Author- Your writing style is impressive.

The Last Soul

As fast as a flip of a switch this book will continually and delightfully hit you from all sides in a fantasy realm so surreal that only your own mind can place limits on. I was giving well earned silent props to the writer before the end of Chapter One. In its flowing style and a descriptive so perfected I could see every color and every chapter after unfold beyond anything I could ever write or imagine to. Fantasy is not one of my preferred genres so if it is yours...Don't pass this one up. Seriously.
-To The Author- I am not a professional reviewer by any means but I do call them exactly like I see them and this was a masterpiece read for me.

Links of Betrayal

Four Hundred pages plus and eighty chapters of intense drama that left me in total confusion trying to separate the "good and bad guys" as the story took on more twists and turns than i could keep up with. I feel like I just exited a mental marathon.
-To The Author- If the end justifies the means then you worked it out. Nice job.

The Mystery At Winterburn Manorr

An expertly spun tale of a Time -Travelling Ghost who has seen more in the horrors of his own life than most souls can carry with them to the beyond. A well plotted mystery that will lead you into the darkness in the hunt for answers to solve it with a magical epic ending in the face-off of good versus evil.
-To The Author- You have the touch. It makes perfect sense that you have written several. True craftsmanship in your genre, The Mystery at Winterburn Manor by Grahame Peace

WHODUNNIT?

A short murder mystery in which I did not mind it's briefness. It was an enjoyable read that covered all of the bases for me and with a great flow in its rapid fire pace.
-To The Author- Your talent comes through once again.

Confessions Of An Angel

This review is as much about the author as it is the title.
It is not often that in order to get a read on an author or a book that I find myself reading more of their work to accomplish that. After I read this book I was not sure of how I would form a review or if I could based on this less than forty page short story so I went searching for my answer. To be thrown into a conflicting taboo of a dark nature and ending with a predatory psychological twist all in thirty seven pages was leaving me feeling as if there should have been more or that I missed something. I now think after reading two others of his large collection of works that it was his intention. I feel he is fearless in his approach and he simply throws it out there. His words are few but he uses them very well. He has a style of writing that is interesting to me as is his ability to grab the reader and pull them in. His work spans several genres even if in a flash flood manner. So, in conclusion, while I would have preferred more depth into the character and how he progressed from being a victim to victimizing at will I feel the writer did what he set out to do. Entertain and intrigue the mind in his own fashion. This short story is more than meets the eye as well as the others.

-To the Author- If you ever write a full-length novel I would be one of the many standing in line to read it.

Rumor's Out

A decent Y/A book based on the trials one girl faces at the hands of a bully that comes with a sweet teenage romance. Enjoyable and refreshingly clean with believable characters.
