Shayne Whitaker is a resilient and passionate homeless author and veteran who calls a pop-up camper home, sharing it with his seven beloved rescued cats. After shocking and life-altering events in 2024 left him homeless, Shayne has worked tirelessly to rebuild his life, holding onto hope and determination as he continues to craft stories that inspire and connect with readers.

Beyond his writing, Shayne is deeply committed to animal rescue and children in orphanages and foster homes, drawing strength and comfort from helping the most innocent among us. When he’s able, he enjoys hiking, reading, watching movies, and playing basketball.
