Discovering new stages of grief
Im old enough
And I im still discovering new phases of letting go and grief.
Theres a lot more than simple stages of grief, and some stages can stay for wayyyyy longer.
Theres this surreal stage which I dont have a word for.
Let me describe it as plainly as I can.
Imagine being chained by your neck to a tree for a long along time.
Then at some point the chain is broken from tree.
