Dianne McCartney is an award-winning writer, speaker and contest judge from Bartlett, Tennessee. Her latest book, Twice Scorned, was released on Feb. 10, 2026. Her other fifteen books are mainstream and romantic suspense.

She has a treasure trove of awards from contests in Oklahoma and Texas and is a long-standing member of the Oklahoma Writers Federation, Inc. Other memberships include Sisters-In-Crime, The Tornado Alley SinC, The Oklahoma Romance Writers Guild and Rose Rock Writers.
