Anne Phyfe Palmer is a writer, entrepreneur, partner, and parent. She founded 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in 1996 to provide an inclusive and welcoming home for yoga practitioners in Seattle. Raised in New Orleans, Anne Phyfe came to Seattle in 1993 via Vermont, where she completed a BA in English and Women’s Studies and developed an interest in Environmental Studies. She guided 8 Limbs through 23 years of growth and stability, while raising her two daughters Lily and Coco with husband Bez, a graphic designer and illustrator. Anne Phyfe is currently on sabbatical, sailing on the Pacific Ocean with her husband and youngest daughter.
