Liz Tuckwell shares a house with her husband, a tortoiseshell cat and far too many books. She has a twin sister but hasn't published any stories about twins so far.

She writes quirky fantasy which some people say is dark and she says is darkish. Agree to disagree.

Liz loves reading fantasy and science fiction particularly historical fantasy, alternate historical fantasy, urban fantasy. alternate history and time travel,

Liz enjoys reading, writing, watching films and plays, and travelling to far away places when there isn't a pandemic.

Liz wrote a novel aged thirteen. Sadly, this 'literary gem' was lost to history when her father threw it out while having a clear out while she was at university. Not that she's bitter and twisted about it.

Okayish but Killian St Clair is the stupidest name for a cowboy hero ever. It actually put me off the novel a fair bit.
