I really admire the decision to have a vampire be the villain in Cold Hearted and then flip to a werewolf clan being a threat in a vampire romance in Hot Blooded, especially books in the same series, is there anything that inspired that choice or have you further plans for the series in this vein?

But then I got the idea for a vampire romance and my first thought was to put it in the same world as Cold Hearted. But then my second thought was, "that won't work, vampires are the bad guys." BUT THEN my third thought was, "Ooooh, but what if it's more complicated than that?" And so I wrote Hot Blooded with that thought in mind, accumulating ideas for more books as I went.

So, yep! There are definitely more books planned in the series that play with the werewolf vs. vampire enmity. I'm currently writing the third book, but it's early days, so I can't reveal too much about it—except that Max (Arthur and Natasha's son from Cold Hearted) is the hero of this one.(less)

Will you ever write a story about Philippe from Hot Blooded? Will he end up getting his HEA? He totally intrigues me. And I love Hot Blooded so much! Amos + Tessa are one of my favorite all time couples!
