“So many beautiful people begin from a place of being broken... but let’s not call it broken – instead, let’s say that so many beautiful people who once weren’t able to move to the beat of their own drums then rise up to create breath-taking music on this earth. Their talents, their successes and their very beings inspire us. When we accept that it’s ok not to be ok, we start dancing to a rhythm of our own.”

“Push yourself because no one else is going to do it for you. All great people who achieved true excellence had one thing in common. It's the willingness to push beyond their limits, day in and day out despite all the discomforts.”

“Sex and sensuality lie at the root of who we are as human beings. We are spiritual souls in physical bodies, and sensuality comes into existence the moment our hearts begin beating and our breath starts its rhythmic course, inviting us to join the dance of life. Sensuality asks only that we find our beat – and it’ll keep the rhythm...”

“I view my body as a gift and don't feel that clothes should define us.
My images, with or without clothes, are about art and freedom.
My heart hurts from all the judgment in the world.
I wish I could fix it so my daughter didn't have to experience this hatred.
It's hard being misunderstood in my yoga and fitness..
The judgment can be overwhelming but all I can do is show my journey and let others share theirs.
I used to be terrified of being my true self - honest and vulnerable.
But I'd rather be judged for my truth than for something 'perfect' that's not who I really am.
And this is just part of my story...”

“Whether we realise it or not, we all practise yoga every day through the simple act of breathing. With each inhale and exhale, we are engaging with what is known in yogic terms as Prana, or our life force - viewed as not only the energy of who we are but the primal force of all creation. With each breath we take, we could therefore choose to view ourselves as yogis, taking part in the power of all creation.”
