I just released my third book, "Grief, Hope, and Love" on Amazon in Paperback and Kindle.
There is a lot of excitement for this book. This is a collection of Poetry I wrote over the last five years after the passing of my first wife of 28-years. I wrote each poem to cope with my grief. The second chapter, Hope was written looking to the Lord and renewed new happiness in life. Love is the last chapter. These poems were written in the joy of finding new love and marriage. I hope this book can help anyone going through the loss of a loved one.

I am receiving good reviews and sturdy book sales for Naomi's Legacy. This progress is so encouraging. I am using this as a prompt to strive forward in writing my next novel, "The Battle for Terra Paradisum". I am also writing poetry and have received many positive comments on some of my poems on Instagram, @hardesty_rick
I think I am going to compile those poems into a collective work and publish a book of poetry as well. This is going to be an exciting year!

Hi, Greetings from Wyoming! The Book Signing was amazing last Saturday. Honestly, I was pessimistic about doing this at first, thinking that no one would even show up. But I was surprised! I sold twice as many books as I thought I would. It was also nice to see so many coming in with words of encouragement. Some people already had books that they had purchased on Amazon and just wanted me to sign their book. I had the privilege of hearing what people liked about the story and how much they enjoyed reading it.

I scheduled my first book signing at Mallory Winters Photography and Artisan Center in Afton Wyoming on July 27th from 11:00-2:00. The art gallery is located at 451 Washington Street right next to the worlds largest Elk Horn Arch! Come and meet me. Bring your book and I'll sign it. I'll also have paperback versions available if need a copy.

Wyoming Minuteman Supply is also carrying copies of my book for sale in their store. They are located at 494 N. Main Street, Thayne Wyoming. I can't believe it! Who would believe a serious gun store would have a romance novel with a pink cover in stock!!!

I have dreamed of writing for many years. During the course of my last career (Police Detective/Sergeant), I wrote many detailed reports about the worst things people can do to one another. I determined that I wanted to write something beautiful about the kindness people can show one another. I dedicated myself to creating a story that made the reader feel happy and warm finishing with a good ending. Therefore my book is a young adult romance!!!
