A teenager’s feedback - refreshing!
As I was walking just outside my apartment building, I was greeted by a young boy.
“Uncle, I read your book.”
“Oh, really!” I was actually surprised. How come a teenager is interested in a business book?
“My dad and I read the book simultaneously. He had purchased both paperback and kindle versions.”
“How did you like the book?”
Apparently, he had inculcated the habit of reading non fiction books. One of the books he had read recently, was The Goal.
“I found it fluent like The Goal. I got some idea about the way one should go about setting up a factory and developing team.”
I was impressed. At his age, I used to read a lot, but those were mostly stories. Nothing related to business.
My book was written to motivate leaders and HR professionals. It was a bonus for me, someone so young getting motivated by my book.
We agreed to meet again to discuss some of the issues in depth!
