I am a career criminal defense attorney. I have represented individuals charged with capital homicide, homicide, white collar crimes and federal conspiracies. I have tried over two hundred jury trials. Four of my trials have been broadcast nationally and two have been the subject on non-fiction books. My offices are located in the Gaslamp District of Downtown San Diego.
I am a Fellow with the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Litigation Counsel of America and the American Board of Criminal Lawyers.
I am a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Santa Clara University School of Law.
