From Divided to Divine

From Divided to Divine: Living with Fierce Grace

Have you felt or sensed a new energy coming in? A fresh current flowing through the universe. We are being called to move with intention, releasing old patterns, and exploring the divine power held within the main four archetypes of the Divine Feminine: the Maiden, the Mother, the Matriarch, and the Crone.

This journey leads us to one magnificent truth: to fully live as a modern-day sovereign woman, you must learn to embody your Fierce Grace.

So what is Fierce Grace?

It’s not a soft, passive quality. It is the powerful synthesis of your divine femininity and your grounded, unshakeable strength.

It is the Maiden’s courage to begin again, combined with the Crone’s ancient wisdom to let go.It is the Mother’s loving compassion, backed by the Matriarch’s clear, unwavering boundary. It’s the crown you wear, not because it was given to you, but because you have claimed it.It is the knowledge that you are whole, complete, and utterly powerful, exactly as you are.

Fierce Grace is the beautiful truth that your softest parts are your greatest strengths, and your strongest parts are born from your vulnerability.

The False Choice of "Or": Reclaiming Your Truth

For too long, we have been conditioned to live in a world of “or.” Be gentle or be strong. Be a nurturer or a leader. Live with grace or be a warrior. This divisive language doesn’t come from our soul; it comes from external expectations, societal conditioning, and often, from our own inner wounding and limiting beliefs. It’s the voice of fear, not of truth. The presence of the “or” is a powerful signal that you are not following your truth.

But the sovereign woman knows there is no “or.” There is only “and.”

When you travel the path of Fierce Grace, you are consciously choosing to listen to your soul whispers and the sacred language of your intuition. This inner knowing guides you to embrace the fullness of your being—your light and your shadow, your softness and your power. It’s time to stop just learning about these truths and start living them. It’s time to turn the whispers of wisdom into a roar, and the gentle nudges into a powerful, confident stride.

The Archetypes: A Map for a Woman's Life

These powerful archetypes are not just concepts; they are living energies that relate to the very phases of our lives as women. We are always in communication with all four, but one may be more prominent at different times.

The Maiden embodies the energy of spring and new beginnings. She is the playful, curious, and adventurous part of you that begins a new career, a new relationship, or a new spiritual path. She is the girl in you who is always ready to start again. The Mother is the energy of summer and is tied to the phase of creation. This is not solely about having children, but about nurturing your projects, your visions, and yourself with unconditional love. She holds space for all that is in the process of becoming. The Matriarch is the energy of high summer and is tied to the phase of a woman’s life where she is at the height of her power and influence. She brings the wisdom of boundaries, discerning clarity, and unapologetic power. She is the queen of her own life, ruling with integrity and unshakeable sovereignty. The Crone is the energy of fall and winter, a powerful time of release and introspection. She is the keeper of deep wisdom, spiritual knowing, and the wisdom to let go. She guides us to our most authentic self by helping us release what no longer serves our soul’s journey.

By understanding these archetypes, you can embrace the cyclical nature of your own life and harness the right energy for every season.

Sacred Boundaries: Your Guide to Navigating Life’s Chaos with Grace

Sacred Boundaries: A Guide to Navigating Life's Chaos with Grace

Hello Goddesses!  In my previous article, we explored the sacred truth that you are in constant communication with your energetic world. Your sacred intuition is a magnificent compass, always signaling when something feels “off.” But what happens when that subtle nudge becomes a powerful roar, telling you that your energy is being drained or that you’re in a situation that is out of alignment with your soul?

This is where the art of Sacred Boundaries comes in. A boundary isn’t a wall you build to keep others out; it’s a beautiful, luminous shield you create to honor your own sacred space. It is a sovereign act of self-love that allows you to manage your energy with fierce grace, ensuring you are always communicating from a place of truth, even when you’re not okay. This practice is a form of powerful self-care, especially when you need to show up fully for yourself and your purpose, even amidst life’s inevitable chaos.

Here are three divine lessons for practicing sacred boundaries and managing your energy when it matters most.

1. The Sacred Pause

When you feel that familiar feeling of misalignment—whether it’s a person, a place, or a conversation—your first instinct might be to react, to people-please, or to simply check out. Instead, practice the Sacred Pause. Before you say a word or take any action, take a slow, deep breath. Use this pause to ground your energy and ask your sacred intuition this one question: “What is my truth in this moment?”

The answer might be, “I am feeling drained,” or “This person’s energy is not a match for me right now.” Acknowledging this truth, even just to yourself, is the first and most powerful step in managing your energy. The pause allows you to respond from a place of grounded wisdom, not from a place of reactive fear.

2. The Energetic Audit

When you feel a shift in energy, it’s vital to understand the source. Is the “off” feeling coming from you? Did you wake up feeling drained and now you’re projecting that onto your environment? Or is the feeling a response to a person or situation that is actively misaligned with your energy? Perhaps you may have an event coming up that has you stepping outside your comfort zone?

This Energetic Audit isn’t about blame; it’s about clarity. Once you know the source of the energetic disharmony, you can choose the right tool from your Goddess toolkit. If it’s your own energy, a moment of reflection or self-care is what’s needed. If it’s from an external source, you can proceed to the next sacred lesson.

3. The Art of the Sovereign “No”

The most powerful tool in your energetic shield is your ability to say “no” with grace and without apology. This is not about being rude; it is about communicating a boundary from a place of integrity and self-respect.

When you’re not okay: Instead of saying, “I’m fine,” you can say, “I’m feeling a bit low on energy today, so I’m going to take a gentle pace. Thank you for your understanding.” You have honored your truth and communicated your needs. When you’re with a person who feels misaligned: Instead of saying, “I have to go,” you can say, “I’m so glad we got to connect. I need to get back to my day now. It was lovely to see you.” This is polite, firm, and leaves no room for debate. A Sovereign Ritual for Your Big Moment

Sometimes, you have to show up for a presentation or an important event when a life emergency or personal chaos rears its head. It’s also common to feel nervous about speaking in front of others. In these moments, your energy management becomes an act of fierce grace and courage.

Here is a quick ritual to help you ground your energy and show up fully for yourself, no matter what is going on.

Acknowledge & Release: Find a private space for just a moment. Acknowledge your feelings—whether it’s anxiety about speaking or the heaviness of a family situation. Instead of pushing it down, take three deep breaths and consciously release that energy. Say to yourself, “This is part of my human journey, but it is not my divine truth in this moment.”Anchor Your Intention: Place a hand over your heart. Remind yourself why you are showing up. Is it to share your knowledge? To serve others? To honor your purpose? Let this intention be your anchor.Create Your Luminous Shield: Visualize a beautiful bubble of white or golden light surrounding you. See this shield protecting you from the external chaos, any negative energy from others, or your own lingering nerves. Feel it anchoring you in the present moment, allowing you to stand in your power and authenticity.

This is your journey of reclaiming your power and managing your energy with the love, strength, and wisdom of the Goddess you are.

Sacred Reflections: Journal Prompts for Your Energetic Shield Think of a recent time you felt energetically drained by a person or situation. What was your inner monologue in that moment, and what would your soul whispers have wanted you to say or do instead? What is a “no” that your soul has been longing to say, but you’ve been afraid to voice? What would it look and feel like to say it?Think of a boundary you set recently because of an intuitive nudge. How did that boundary serve you and your energetic well-being?Recall a time when you had to show up for an important event while facing personal chaos. What did you do to manage your energy, and how can you apply the lessons from this article to a future moment?

The Sacred Art of Soulful Communication

The Sacred Art of Soulful Communication

Did you know, even without uttering a single word, you are in constant, sacred communication with your environment and those you share it with?

This isn’t about technology or spoken language; it’s about your energetic presence. Your energy—made up of your thoughts, words, body language, feelings, and actions—is a divine language. Today, let’s explore this communication in three ways: the energy you radiate to others, the energy you receive from your environment, and most importantly, the sacred conversation you have with yourself.

As energetic beings, we are constantly feeling and reading the energy around us. This innate sensitivity, coupled with a deep connection to our intuition, is what makes us aware when something feels “off.” To be a powerful, effective communicator, it’s vital that you become consciously aware of this subtle energetic exchange and learn to “listen” to what it’s telling you.

Here are a few sacred practices to help you maintain a clear channel for communication, so that no matter what your message, it is always aligned with your truth:

Honor Your Truth: Be honest and upfront with yourself. Your feelings and physical state are sacred data, not flaws. For example, if you wake up feeling drained, you can acknowledge it without letting it define your day. Look in the mirror and say, “I am feeling tired today, AND I am going to have a beautiful, productive day.” This simple act of honoring your truth allows you to communicate from a place of aligned energy, rather than from a place of struggle.

Trust Your Sacred Intuition: Your intuition is your divine compass. When you trust your own decisions and feel secure in them, that confidence becomes a part of your energetic conversation. The world can feel that you are secure in your own wisdom, and as a result, your message will be received with clarity and respect.

Align Your Inner & Outer Worlds: Make sure your thoughts, feelings, and actions are speaking the same language. If you are sharing a message that you aren’t in agreement with, your audience will feel that energetic dissonance. The tone of your voice, the rhythm of your speech, and even a nervous tell are all means of communicating your true energy. When your inner and outer worlds are in alignment, your message flows from a place of pure, authentic power.

Remember, communication is a two-way street. We put energy out, and we receive it in return. When you meet someone new and your intuition nudges you that something is “off,” it’s your Inner Oracle speaking. This is your cue to trust that sacred feeling—to offer a kind word to someone who may need it, or to politely excuse yourself and create a safe space for your own energy.

Allowing yourself a few short, dedicated moments throughout the day to be with yourself will ensure that you have a clear inner channel. This is the foundation of communicating your aligned message and recognizing when the energy you are receiving is a clear reflection of your truth.

Sacred Reflections: Journal Prompts for Your Soul's Communication SoulfulJournnalingArticle

To deepen your connection to these concepts, grab your journal and use these prompts for a moment of quiet reflection:

Think of a time when your energetic presence communicated a message louder than your words. What were you feeling in that moment, and what was the outcome?

Recall a situation where your intuition kicked in and told you something was “off” about a person or a situation. What happened when you trusted or didn’t trust that feeling?

How do you speak to yourself on a day when you feel physically or emotionally drained? How could you reframe that internal conversation to honor your truth while still affirming your power?

Think of a boundary you set recently because of an intuitive nudge. How did that boundary serve you and your energetic well-being?

I’d love to hear from you! What has your inner communication taught you lately? And when have you most recently honored the whispers of your soul?

No More Second-Guessing: Your Goddess Guide to Sacred Clarity

No More Second-Guessing: Your Goddess Guide to Sacred Clarity

Ever notice how you’re always “talking,” even when you’re not saying a word? It’s true! We’re constantly sending and receiving messages – with ourselves, with others, and even with the vibe of the room we’re in. This whole energetic conversation is made up of your thoughts, feelings, body language, and actions, and it’s always, always on.

But have you ever felt that annoying tug-of-war when you’re trying to make a decision? You know, when your head says one thing, but your gut whispers something else? In a world that often tells us to overthink everything or just listen to outside “experts,” it’s super easy to lose touch with your most amazing inner GPS: your intuition. This inner knowing, a sacred gift from the Divine Feminine, is always there for you. But sometimes, self-doubt creeps in, making that gentle guidance feel miles away, leaving you wondering if your own energetic communication is totally “off.”

But here’s the magic question: What if you could flip that doubt into a powerful, unshakeable knowing? What if every decision you made felt like a divine “YES!” – totally aligned with your soul’s truth and your authentic energy?

It’s time to reclaim what’s already yours. Your Inner Goddess holds the secret to crystal-clear clarity, and she’s ready to show you the way.

The Sneaky Saboteur: Why We Get Stuck in Doubt

For too long, many of us have been taught to quiet our inner wisdom and ignore those subtle energetic nudges. We’re conditioned to rely on endless research, outside opinions, or just plain overthinking. When we do that, we often miss those gut feelings or that “something’s off” vibe in a situation. This disconnect creates a perfect breeding ground for self-doubt and energetic misalignment, leading to:

Decision Freeze: That fear of making the “wrong” choice keeps us totally stuck, unable to move forward with clear energy.

Energy Drain: All that overthinking and inner conflict just zaps our vital life force, leaving us exhausted.

Off-Kilter Choices: When your thoughts, feelings, and actions aren’t singing the same tune, the energy you put out gets muddled. This often leads to choices that don’t truly light up your soul.

Quiet Intuition: The more we ignore our intuition and those subtle energetic cues, the softer its voice seems to get, making it super tough to hear true guidance.

But guess what? Your Inner Goddess remembers. She knows the way. She’s just yearning for you to reconnect with that sacred inner link and get your inner and outer communication flowing perfectly again.

Your Intuition: The Unshakeable Compass of Your Inner Goddess

Here’s the scoop: Your intuition isn’t just a random thought. It’s the very voice of your soul, the wisdom of your ancestors, and your direct line to the Divine. It’s your personal Inner Oracle, constantly chatting with you through feelings, whispers, images, and just that “aha!” knowing. When you learn to really trust and activate this amazing gift, making decisions transforms from a struggle into a beautiful, sacred dance of energetic alignment.

And this dance? It’s beautifully reflected in the Woman’s Wheel of Life and the Lunar Cycles, showing us that clarity unfolds in gorgeous phases, just like our beloved Moon.

The Goddess’s Guide to Intuitive Clarity: Your 4-Step Activation

Ready to turn that doubt into a divine “YES!” and get your energetic communication totally aligned? Here’s a powerful, step-by-step process to activate your Inner Goddess for unshakeable decision-making:

Step 1: Ground Your Temple & Create Sacred Space (Maiden & New Moon Energy)

Before you go looking for answers, you gotta create the perfect cozy space within yourself. Think of the New Moon – it invites us into quiet reflection before new beginnings. The Maiden archetype reminds us to be present and open, making sure your internal communication channel is crystal clear.

Try this: Find a quiet moment. Close your eyes and take 3-5 slow, deep breaths, feeling yourself connect to the Earth. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your lower belly. Feel your body as your sacred temple. Let go of any tension with each exhale. This simple act grounds your energy, quiets the outside noise, and opens up your inner wisdom channel. It helps you be super honest with your own energetic state.

Ask yourself: “What does my body feel right now?” (Just notice, no judging!)

Step 2: Tune Into Your Inner Oracle & Discern the Whispers (Mother & Waxing Moon Energy)

Once you’re grounded, invite your intuition to chat! The Mother archetype is all about nurturing growth and helping you tell the difference between what’s real and what’s not, just like the Waxing Moon builds light. This is where you really “listen” to that energetic conversation.

Try this: Bring your decision or question to mind. Instead of instantly overthinking, notice the very first feelings, images, or words that pop up. Does your gut feel tight or expansive? Do you feel a gentle pull or a subtle push? That’s your Inner Oracle talking! Learn to tell the difference between this and fear-based thoughts (which usually feel frantic, repetitive, or super critical). Intuitive nudges are often quiet, clear, and come with a sense of calm or expansion. Trust yourself and these subtle nudges.

Ask yourself: “What is my intuition’s first, gentle whisper about this?”

Step 3: Illuminate Your Truth & Seek Divine Alignment (Matriarch & Full Moon/Solstice Energy)

Once you’ve got that initial intuitive guidance, shine the light of your conscious awareness on the situation. The Matriarch archetype offers clear discernment, just like the Full Moon or Summer Solstice lights up everything. This step is all about making sure your thoughts, feelings, and actions are totally aligned.

Try this: Hold your intuitive nudge right alongside the logical parts of your decision. Does that intuitive feeling truly match your highest values and your long-term dreams? Imagine standing in the bright light of the Summer Solstice, illuminating every angle of your decision. Does the intuitive path feel expansive, joyful, and deeply connected to your soul’s purpose? This isn’t about ignoring logic, but making sure your logic is serving your intuitive truth, creating a powerful, clear energetic message.

Ask yourself: “Does this choice feel expansive and aligned with my highest truth?”

Step 4: Release, Trust & Take Aligned Action (Wise Grandmother & Waning/Dark Moon Energy)

Once you’ve found that clarity, it’s time to let go of needing to control everything and just trust the magic unfolding. The Wise Grandmother archetype embodies deep knowing and surrender, just like the Waning and Dark Moon phases invite us to release and rest. This is where your confident, aligned energy really shows up!

Try this: After you’ve got your intuitive guidance and you feel it’s aligned, release the need to control every tiny detail. Trust that the Universe, working with your Inner Goddess, will orchestrate the path. Then, take the very next, most aligned intuitive step that feels right. Even a small step honors your inner wisdom and builds amazing momentum. Celebrate the act of trusting yourself and the clear energetic message you’re now sending out!

Ask yourself: “What is the next intuitive step I can take to honor this knowing?”

Embrace Your Unshakeable Clarity

By consistently trying out these steps, you’ll not only start making decisions that feel way more aligned, but you’ll also build an unshakeable, loving, and super trusting relationship with your intuition. You’ll move from feeling doubtful to making divine decrees, living a life that truly reflects the radiant, empowered Goddess you are, communicating your truth effortlessly both inside and out.

This journey of embodying your intuitive wisdom is incredibly profound, and guess what? You definitely don’t have to walk it alone.

From the Sacred “No” to the Authentic “Yes”: Energetic Boundaries and Embodying Sovereignty

From the Sacred "No" to the Authentic "Yes": Energetic Boundaries and Embodying Sovereignty

Do you ever feel the subtle tug-of-war within, that nagging sense of obligation pulling you in a direction that doesn’t quite resonate with the deep knowing of your soul? Perhaps your “yes” to external demands has become a reflex, while your “yes” to your own sacred needs and authentic desires feels like a faint echo.

In our profound journey of embodying the Divine Feminine and awakening our Inner Goddess, self-care and self-love are vital foundations. We learn to nourish our bodies, soothe our hearts, and honor our spirits. Yet, there is a powerful next step, a deeper layer of empowerment that emerges when we master the sacred art of the “no”: the conscious creation and maintenance of energetic boundaries.

Energetic boundaries are the invisible yet potent shields that protect your vital life force, your precious energy field, from being depleted, diluted, or misdirected. They are the clear lines you draw – not just in your schedule, but in your very being – defining what you allow in and what you lovingly yet firmly keep out.

Learning the sacred “no” is the key to establishing these vital energetic boundaries. It moves us beyond the essential practice of self-care and self-love into the courageous act of walking our truth and embodying our sovereign self. When we consistently say “yes” to what drains us, we inadvertently erode these energetic walls, leaving ourselves vulnerable to the expectations, projections, and even the energetic debris of others.

Think of your energy as the sacred, luminous essence of your Inner Goddess. Every time you say “yes” out of obligation, fear of disappointing others, or societal conditioning, you are subtly diverting this precious essence away from its true purpose: nurturing your own growth, fueling your passions, and illuminating your unique path.

Just like the neglected home, once a sanctuary, our inner being can become shadowed and weakened when our energetic boundaries are porous or nonexistent. We may find ourselves feeling resentful, exhausted, or disconnected from our own intuitive wisdom – the very guidance of our Inner Goddess.

The Sovereign Power of "No": Claiming Your Energetic Space

The sacred “no” is not an act of rejection, but an act of self-affirmation and energetic sovereignty. It declares: “My energy is mine to steward. I choose where it flows, and I honor its sacred nature.”

When you consciously choose to say “no” to what doesn’t align with your truth, you create the energetic space for your authentic “yes” to flourish. This “yes” is not born out of obligation, but from a deep resonance within your soul. It fuels your vitality, ignites your creativity, and empowers you to step boldly onto your sovereign path.

Cultivating Energetic Boundaries Through the Sacred "No":

Here are ways to consciously cultivate energetic boundaries by embracing the power of “no”:

Sense Your Energetic Field: Take moments throughout the day to become aware of your personal energy. Where do you feel strong? Where do you feel vulnerable? Visualize a radiant, protective light surrounding you, your sovereign energetic container.

Identify Your Energetic Leaks: Notice what activities, interactions, or commitments consistently leave you feeling drained or depleted. These are areas where your energetic boundaries may need strengthening.

Practice Conscious Agreement: Before saying “yes” to any request, pause and feel into it. Does it resonate with your authentic self? Does it feel expansive or contractive in your energy body? Let your energetic response be your guide.

Communicate Your Boundaries with Clarity and Love: When saying “no,” speak your truth with kindness and firmness. You can say, “Thank you, but my energy is needed elsewhere at this time,” or “I’m not able to take that on right now, as I’m prioritizing my own well-being.”

Honor Your “No”: Once you’ve set an energetic boundary, honor it. Resist the urge to over-explain or cave into pressure. Your “no” is a testament to your self-respect and sovereignty.

Beyond Self-Care: Embodying Your Sovereign Truth:

Learning the sacred “no” and establishing energetic boundaries is not merely about self-preservation; it is a fundamental act of embodying your sovereign truth. It allows you to:

Align Your Actions with Your Authentic Self: You free up energy to pursue what truly lights you up and aligns with your soul’s purpose.Trust Your Intuitive Guidance More Deeply: When your energetic field is clear and protected, you can hear the subtle whispers of your Inner Goddess more distinctly.Step into Your Power Fearlessly: You reclaim your energetic agency, knowing you are the sovereign ruler of your own being.Serve from a Place of Overflow: Your “yes” becomes truly potent and impactful when it flows from a wellspring of abundant energy, rather than a place of depletion.

The sacred “no” is a powerful key that unlocks the door to your sovereign self. It allows you to move beyond simply caring for yourself to boldly walking your truth, embodying the radiant power and wisdom of your Inner Goddess. Embrace this potent practice, and watch as your life blossoms with authentic joy and purpose.

The Power of Intentional Visualization: Healing with Your Inner Goddess & Divine Support

The Power of Intentional Visualization: Healing with Your Inner Goddess & Divine Support

Heartbreak. Fear. Self-doubt. These heavy emotions can feel like thick clouds, obscuring our vision and blocking us from experiencing the healing we deserve. We’ve all been there – that moment when the weight of past hurts or anxieties feels insurmountable. But what if you had a way to connect with your own inner wisdom and the unwavering support of the divine to illuminate your healing path?

Intentional visioning, a form of visualization, allows you to tap into your innate inner guidance and connect with the loving support of your divine team including your Inner Goddess. It’s more than just daydreaming; it’s a powerful practice that aligns you with the healing energies of the universe. When you engage in Intentional visioning, you optimize your healing potential, creating a clear blueprint for your well-being.

I’ve experienced the transformative power of intentional visioning and divine support firsthand. Last December, facing major surgery, fear and uncertainty could have easily overwhelmed me. Instead, I turned to the practice I’m about to share with you. I visualized the best possible outcome, not just for myself, but for my surgeon, his team, and my caregivers. I pictured divine light guiding their hands, angels surrounding the operating room, and a smooth, effortless recovery. And you know what? That’s exactly what I experienced. From the moment I entered the hospital to every facet of my recovery, I felt supported, protected, and guided.

Intentional visioning should not be mistaken for wishful thinking; I consistently engaged in a conscious, intentional practice of aligning my energy with the healing I desired. In this way I was able to co-create with the divine, to invite my inner guidance and my celestial allies into the process. And it worked.

This is the power of intentional visioning and inviting divine support in. It’s not about ignoring reality- I gave myself space to process the fear and uncertainties that came up for me. It’s about shaping the reality you are calling in with your intention, your belief, and your connection to the divine.

Consider the following five steps a flexible guide, a foundation for your own intuitive intentional visioning process. Make this process uniquely yours by integrating your own intuitive insights, incorporating elements that resonate with your personal healing journey, and allowing your Inner Goddess and the Divine to guide your creative expression.

Step One: Create a Sacred Space Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.Light a candle, play soft music, or use essential oils to create a calming atmosphere.Take a few deep breaths and center yourself. Step Two: Connect with Your Inner Goddess & Divine Support Close your eyes and visualize a golden light surrounding you, a symbol of divine love and support.Imagine your inner goddess – that wise, intuitive voice within you – and your divine support team – angels, guides, and loving energies – surrounding you.Ask for guidance: ‘What do I need to see? What do I need to know for my healing?’ Step Three: Visualize Your Desired Healing Outcome Allow your inner goddess and the divine to guide your visualization, showing you the path to your desired healing outcome, focusing on the feelings of wellness, and ease. Step Four: Receive Your Healing Mantra/Affirmation As you visualize, pay attention to any words, phrases, or images that arise – these are intuitive messages from your inner goddess, celestial allies and the divine. Step Five: Embody the Healing Energy Feel the healing energy of your visualization, supported by your inner guidance and divine team, integrating into your body.Journal or sketch your experience to help you integrate the vision.

This is your invitation to receive, to be open to the guidance of your inner wisdom, celestial allies as well as the loving support of the divine.

What healing messages are coming through for you? Which of your intuitive senses are most dominant? Are you open? Are you receiving?

Remember, you are the active creator in this process. Your openness to receive, your commitment to acting on divine guidance, and your intention, rooted in love and positive vision, are powerful forces. Trust in the collaborative nature of this process, and allow your intention to partner with the divine guidance and be your guiding light.

4 Steps to Release the Should’s and Reconnect with Your Holiday Spirit!

4 Steps to Release the Should’s and Reconnect with Your Holiday Spirit! Give yourself permission to BE so you can love yourself back to being jolly, merry & bright!

“‘Tis the season to be jolly…” Yet, I am here to say,, it’s okay if you aren’t “Jolly” the entire season!  And that is why I didn’t finish the line.

This may mean that you do some things differently during the holidays. We have all experienced a downfall of life-changing events over the recent years. We all experienced chaos and loss.

When my clients are going through a transformation, especially a big one, one of my recommendations that helps them connect with their truth and stay focused on their intention is to clear and do everything, as many things as possible, differently.

This especially includes what they think and feel supports and helps them. So if normally they wake up, take a shower, have coffee, then meditate before going about their day, I suggest they do the opposite- meditate, shower and then coffee. By doing this, you are literally pulling all the habitual plugs, so-to-speak and it stretches you to slow down a wee bit and consciously interact with your daily habits, to-do’s and ought-to’s.

If you are struggling to get into the spirit of the holiday season, lean into this struggle. Sit down with a fabulous cup of tea, your journal & pen, some colored pencils and proceed to step ONE:

Make a list of everything you usually do during the holidaysUse one color, I suggest your favorite one, and circle all the things that YOU enjoy the most. Do not include anything you do not enjoy even if someone else expects it from you.Select a different colored pencil and underline those things on your list which you do simply because other people expect it. These are the items which you get to pass on to someone else. Passing the baton is akin to a rite of passage for family traditions. Whomever is picking up this portion of the holiday will do so with delight. Yes, they might have questions and require guidance, but you will feel better in the roll of teacher for a year or two than in the doing of the thing that does not bring you joy. And bonus- the person you are passing it onto gets to add their little twist!

Now, look at your list. What is left? I bet you could just cross it out and not do it or do it differently. Or, put it out there for someone else to pick up- or not. The next steps are vital to transforming your holiday experience. The list was just the first step. But don’t worry. You are close to being done with it. The SECOND step is all about you.

Check in with yourself. How does this feel? It is perfectly normal to have feelings surface that surprise you. Feel it out. If you have been doing something simply out of duty and you have completely lost your joy in it or maybe, never had joy in it to begin with, there may be some tears to shed or happy dance ready to wiggle out of you.If you are on the fence about anything, write it out. Get those feelings and both the dutiful and habitual thoughts out of your mind. This will bring you clarity and relief! Now, do something that helps you clear your energy: Go for a walk, take a shower or soak in the tub, do some yoga or other type of physical activity or all of the above!

Woo, those first two steps are either really easy or really hard, rarely there’s an in between. Either way, hello you did it! Celebrate! Do a tiny chair wiggle.

After you read this, close your eyes and envision the conversation you are going to have with each of the people you are passing something on to. Allow yourself to have the conversation with the responses YOU WANT to hear. This is important because even if they don’t have the response it will be better than if you skip this process. I call this the energetic conversation where you are planting the seed.In your journal, you may want to jot down a couple bullet points under each person’s name along with the baton you are asking them to pick up. It is important here that you keep it positive. Nobody needs to know your why unless you choose to share it. Even then, they don’t need to know your whole why. You don’t want them to feel burdened by taking up the task. It can go something like this: “Carol, I know you look forward to _____ that I normally do for the _____ gathering/celebration. I have decided that it is time to pass that on to someone else. I am hoping that someone is you.” You can go on and say that you will be happy to share said recipe or answer questions they may have. But be sure your energy is clear that you aren’t going to do it. If they say no, ask them who they think might want to take it up. (They may even offer to make that call for you.)Make the call. Start with a call you feel will be easy in order to build your momentum. After each call take a moment to check in with your breath and then repeat the process. Take a little break if you need to.When you are finished with this portion, look at step two and do something nice for yourself. You can even schedule a massage or energy clearing to celebrate these wins!

Woo-hoo, all of the more difficult things are done! Now for the fun. I think you will love step FOUR. It’s time to bring some cheer to your journal! This step does no need to be done in any specific order and you may not even need to do all of it.

Let yourself clear anything that is lingering from the above steps. Even if there is something that you might need to still process; give it a voice here. Don’t hold on to it and let it rob you of your joy.If one of your calls didn’t go as planned, declare for yourself that you won’t worry about it and that it may be time for the something to have a break from your festivities. If it is truly important to someone, they will take it on next year. Don’t worry about it- it will only highjack your joy.Celebrate your win! Give yourself the audience you deserve without anyone else commenting or judging and own your moment. Realize for yourself that your role in the gatherings gets to be different now! Allow your mind to explore  this openness.Allow the space for something new to pop in, or not! When that something new or different shows up, you have one question to ask yourself: Will it bring me joy? If the answer is yes, try it. If the answer is no, let it be.

Now, the only thing left is for you to have a joyful, merry and bright holiday season!

4 Steps to Release the Shoulds and Reconnect with Your Holiday Spirit!

Connection & Balance on the Priestess Path

Harvest season has begun and Autumn is almost here.  The colors are changing, the leaves are beginning to drop, the night air is refreshingly chilly and harvest season is at its height!

If you are like me and the frigid wintry temperatures aren’t your cup of tea, then now is the time to get out and about in nature and enjoy those last bits of pleasant weather.

Connecting with nature is an innate need that we as humans really must have for our health and wholeness of Mind, Body & Spirit.

I find it absolutely timely to take a moment and share what ‘priestess’ and ‘priestess path’ mean to me.  Priestess is that aspect of yourself that is completely connected spiritually, meaning you are absolutely in tune with your intuitive senses, the elements and the natural cycles of the seasons, nature, the moon and the cosmos.

The priestess path then is the practice of being in tune with the innermost aspect of your very being in conjunction with your intuitive senses & and the natural cycles of everything I mentioned above.

If you find yourself seeking your priestess prowess, or are newly arrived on or the Priestess Path, then syncing with the cycles of the season and connecting with nature and the elements is definitely something to get to know and feel intimately with every aspect of your being.

Just in case you don’t live in the middle of the woods, you can connect with nature by visiting a nearby park, garden or beach and:

Stand barefoot in the grass or on the shore of a beach and engage your sensesSit amongst the beauty of nature and appreciating it-get comfy under a tree, or find a patch of earth and have a picnicGarden-if you have your own, getting your fingers in the dirt is a great way to connect-gloves or not.

While you are connecting with nature around you, allow it to help you connect within by:

Thinking about all that the trees have witnessed in their lifetime.  Truly the thought of the secrets they keep is incredulous!Reflecting on all that has transpired over the past season(s).  What has happened in your life? What has caught you off-guard?  What has happened that you planned for?Taking a compassionate inventory of what you have going on in your life and deciding what needs to be cleared and what needs to be nurtured are just the beginning of what a good walk with just you, yourself and you can offer.

Observing life and being in awe of the relationship that everything has with everything else is BEing present and connecting with nature.  Connecting with nature we are surrounded by life force energy from the elements, Mother Nature, Luna & the cosmos.  All of these,  as well as our own divine connection, grant us access to our priestess self.

Cycling with the seasons helps us to stay connected with our inner nature.  Fall (and Spring) Equinoxes are about balance as they signify days of equal light and darkness.  So while you are out and about connecting with nature around you and within you, take the above suggestions a step further:

Are you living a balanced life? Are you eating healthy and balanced meals? Are you getting enough physical exercise? Are you getting enough sleep?Do you have downtime to replenish and recharge? Are you working too much to your own detriment and that of those you love? How are your relationships?  Fulfilling or lacking authentic connections?Do you have creative outlets? If you aren’t living a balanced life, what things can you do and what things can you let go of in order to live life more balanced and connected?

The suggestions and reflections here are merely the beginning to help you find and remain on your path and to live a connected & balanced life.

Just like that closet that is bursting at the seams and needs to be cleaned out so too; does your energy field and those ‘files’ floating around endlessly in your mind.  Connecting with nature and cycling with the seasons allows the space to open for you to connect and balance.

Do yourself and your Inner Priestess a HUGE service and do something to connect with nature both in the outer world and the nature of your inner world.  You’ll thank yourself for it!

You never know, like the trees, it may be time to shed your colors so you can don a new color palette of your very own.

If you would like to learn more about how to connect with your priestess self and walk the priestess path of the Divine Feminine, then you are in the perfect place to work with me!  Simply schedule a Discovery Session today.

The Air of Change

There is so much to be said about change.  I have been communicating with the energy of change for some time now, knowing that I wanted to sit inside my sacred, creative space and craft an article about change as a constant.  I have written several beginning drafts, all of them with good ideas fleshed out and bulleted with points to touch on.  Yet, something was missing and I couldn’t bring myself to publish or finish any of them.

Everything I do begins with an intention; a super-duper, crystal-clear, powerful intention.  This includes my writing, each and every piece of writing I release into the world has an individual intention of its own.  What was keeping me from being satisfied and complete with those other drafts was this: my intention needed to be clarified and more focused because there was a different perspective for me to personally hone in on.

One morning, as I was reading my musings about change, I was doing what I had done already.  However, this time; it was different.  Despite how fuzzy my head was from an annoying cold, I was instantly transported to a mountaintop with an enchanting tea service set up and ready for change to join me.

Only, change was already there, speaking to me through the wind.

And just like that, everything clicked into place and was energetically aligned.  I had my clarity: change is always there.  It is constantly surrounding us like the wind and the air we breathe.

We have to breathe to maintain our life in these bodies just as we need to embrace change in order to progress on our journey in this lifetime rather than merely survive it.  Change, like air, also works with the other elements.  However, AIR is the main event today.

The element of air is aligned with our mental realm, our thoughts both conscious and unconscious.

If you are paying attention, you will notice change is all around you.  There is an endless possibility of change at your fingertips at any given moment.  For some, change itself is a scary unknown that is to be avoided at all costs.

What ends up costing those who avoid change at all costs, are things and relationships that oftentimes devastates and debilitates them to the point of emptiness and keeps them from progressing on their path of ascension and their life’s purpose.

The Air of ChangeWhat if, instead of fearing and resisting change, you invite it in, befriend it, and embrace it?

I am going to let you in on a secret: if you do invite change in and you tune-in and listen as if you are meeting a friend for tea or coffee, there is so much you can discover and learn about yourself!  [Yes, this is what I read and did that led me to a crystal-clear perspective.]

Now, doesn’t that sound exciting?  Dare I say a bit exhilarating?

Change occurs and incites chaos which then gives you the opportunity to either embrace and transform, or resist, stay in fear and wait for the next opportunity.  The choice is yours.

So where does the element of air come into play with change (other than the fact that air itself represents our thoughts)?

Think of the wind as always there, always changing in speed.  Sometimes it’s refreshing.  Sometimes you want to seek shelter from it.  Sometimes it’s destructive.

Now when you think about resisting or embracing change from the perspective of air, think of it like this:

A refreshing breeze is akin to setting an intention and going through the transformational process in order for that intention to manifest.  Yes, there will be moments of a stronger, clearing breeze, yet it is welcomed and refreshing.  This type of rise helps the trees shake loose the already broken branches. To seek shelter is to refuse changes’ invitation to step into the next evolution of yourself.  In other words, to resist change allows whatever patterns and limiting, self-defeating, conditioned beliefs to build-up and block your energy flow thereby, closing you off from your own spiritual growth and personal development.  I like to think of seeking shelter as wind advisory, maybe even severe storm days.  Seeking shelter is like a last chance to choose change.  You cannot deny its presence and some things are going to change.  Keep ignoring it, it will domino- affecting practically everything it possibly can, including what you cannot foresee. The destructive nature of air is what I would compare to natural disasters that vary in strength and size like tornados and hurricanes.  This is what happens when we continue to ignore those nudges from spirit.  [I refer to the above paragraph.] Each time we ignore a call, or hear it and ignore it anyway, those nudges have a way of becoming so vociferous that there is no other way to embrace change, for change grabs hold and happens no matter what.

Whether it is new year, new moon, calling in a new beginning or any other type of manifesting, you will be dancing with the energies of intention, change, and transformation.  So, in order for those intentions to manifest, you must first embrace change.

The Air of ChangeLet’s continue with this lens of air.  If you were a bird, you’d have wings to control the direction you wish to go.  Think of this direction as your intention.  You see it is much easier to embrace and befriend change when you set an intention for yourself as it gives you a direction in which to go.

Yes, I know birds can be blown off course if the wind is too strong-if they are fighting too hard or aren’t strong enough to maneuver.  Though it may seem that change or your intention (or both) have taken you off course, trust in the process of transformation because while it may feel (or seem as if you are) off course.  You could very well be on the most direct path for your intention to manifest.

Once you have your intention and consciously act in co-creation with the air of change, then you are more in charge of whether or not you need to shelter from the wind because YOU are clearing what no longer serves you, YOU are pruning your tree of life so it has a healthy, happy life.  YOU are planting seeds of intention; a.k.a. Change, to support and nurture your transformational process.

To invite change in is akin to adding its wisdom to your round table of spiritual allies vs. attaching to fear to this otherwise neutral, necessary and natural evolution in the cycles of life in these human bodies.

There’s a reason, the phrases; winds of change, and change is in the air, exists.  One being that when you develop a strong daily practice, strengthen your intuitive senses, become fluent in your Spirit Speak and learn to tune-in to the elements, your communication in all forms and all ways becomes clearer.  As a result you become wiser and more confident in your ability to dance with the energy of change and use it as an ally in your spiritual development for it will propel you forward on your journey.

Here comes the fun part.  Are you ready to invite change in?

Have you and your spirit been restless recently?  Something, perhaps you cannot quite put your finger on?  Every living being experiences a restlessness right before change takes place.  Call it a warning, a sign, or a simple knowing-it’s how your spirit makes sure you know to get ready just like a change in the seasons.

Patterns, habits & common go-to’s are default settings that require us to consciously override and rewrite as part of our working alchemy of transformation.

We are accustomed to looking at and rewiring negative self-talk of our conditioned-self; shifting our mindset with affirmations and mantras, cleaning up our diet and exercise routine, etc.

As we move through the transformation-integration-embodiment-ascension process, we also need to be open to what our positive defaults look like. After all, sometimes the good habits, patterns and go-to’s need an upgrade too!

What do I mean?  When you are feeling restless and normally take a nice walk to clear your head, you may want to change it up with something that is also positive and replenishing.  Perhaps a long midday tub soak, a massage-or a longer meditation.  Other nudges also include, (yet often overlooked) are those urges to clear clutter, craft, color or other creative means.

Simply, there are occasions when we need to consciously change something in order to pay attention to what is being called forward.  It is easy to fill ourselves up the same way with the same goodness, but there are times when even that needs to be different in order to grow past and move through restlessness, funk, stuckness, stickiness, mundane and comfortable and into the unknown- growth, and expansion, (a.k.a. the new magic zone)!

Once you know and set your super-duper, crystal-clear, powerful intention, the next change you can incite is doing as many things differently in your day as possible.

If normally you wake up and hop right in the shower, then grab your coffee, prepare your lunch and any other miscellaneous tasks that are part of your morning routine prior to taking a shower. Drive a different way to work.Build 5-10 minutes into your lunch hour where you walk away from everything including your cell phone.  If it isn’t possible to go outside, find a window and watch the clouds or the trees move in the breeze.  Connect with nature in some way. Before driving home, give yourself a few moments of silence once you reach your car.

Get the idea?  Change as many things about your day as possible!  By removing yourself from the autopilot of your habits, you heighten your awareness so you can see/feel/realize what your next step in the dance with change is.

Lastly, if you were to sit at your desk and there were to be a stack of fancy, or not so fancy, blank invitations for you to fill out, what would your invitation to change look like?  What would it say?
