How do you deal with writer’s block?
Alex Canna I'll sometimes finish a writing session with my head full of ideas for the next part. But then, the next day, I'll struggle to recapture those thought…moreI'll sometimes finish a writing session with my head full of ideas for the next part. But then, the next day, I'll struggle to recapture those thoughts. So what I do now is write in the afternoon or evening, in longhand, then, the next morning, I type up what I wrote the day before. That helps me recall my writing buzz, getting me ready for the next longhand session.

Research is another way to find spark points for my writing. Some obscure detail can set up a challenge for my characters, something I then get excited about solving.(less)
