Amy Connell is a certified personal trainer who wants you to take a rest day and nutrition coach who wants you to enjoy dessert. She is on a mission to encourage women to release the pursuit of a “perfect” body and find balanced, sustainable health.

Amy is the creator of Graced Health and host of the Graced Health podcast, where she has grace-filled conversations about physical, spiritual, and mental health. Amy is a passionate speaker, a wine and chocolate enthusiast, and open to trying any exercise except hot yoga. She lives in Texas with her husband, their two teenage boys, and a loveable pitbull mix named—you guessed it—Grace.
