Scholastic Writing award-winning author Emily Lo has been writing since she was six years old. In 2021, she was included in Scholastic's "Best Teen Writing Anthology". She is also known for killing the creative writing club at her high school.

Emily was born and raised in the Portland metropolitan area but is now studying astronautical engineering at the University of Southern California. When not writing or studying, she is constantly learning. You can find her playing bass guitar, hunting down good ethnic food, or watching Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008). Again. ...more
