Evrah Rose is a Wrexham born and raised poet and spoken word performer. A self-aware and passionate activist, Evrah uses her own experience and the experiences of others to tell rhythmic and hard-hitting truths about child sexual abuse, addiction, gender inequality and mental health.

Evrah began writing poetry at age 9 as a form of therapy to combat the hardship she was suffering. Some 20 years on Evrah has truly honed her craft, becoming one of Wales most prolific spoken word performers.

Evrah has featured on both TV and Radio across the BBC, The Times, BBC Sport and ITV – with live radio features from Adam Walton, Janice Long and Huw Stephens. As well as presenting a Radio 5 Live episode for their FIFA World Cup build-up coverage. Evrah was ...more
